Political joke of the year or the mother of all hypocrisy?
APC have consistently told Nigerians that PDP 14-year leadership of the country in this 4th republic is an abysmal failure and I kind of agree. However, how come that APC is now in desperate campaign and blissful exited to have PDP governors, former chairman, secretary, Leaders, BoT in its fold? More intriguing is that APC is actually handing over the leadership positions of the Party to these PDP governors, members and former executive but now APC converts.
But the mother of all political joke or perhaps the mother of all hypocrisy for this years and in the foreseeable future is that Obasanjo who led PDP, Nigeria for 8 years out of the 14 years of PDP abysmal leadership failure as rightly stated by APC, is not only being wooed by APC but is now the political consultant, adviser, and godfather for APC. Last week Buhari told the nation that APC leadership would pay Obasanjo visit at Obasanjo’s convenience to explain, ‘seek support, blessing and his defection to APC.’ Yet much has been said about Buhari’s integrity, independency, and astuteness. Friends if Obasanjo would be the brain behind the APC highly heralded good governance, folk we would be back to square one for a finish.
Folks, brothers and sisters, please wake up; all these criminal cabals called politicians in Nigeria, these old cargoes in PDP, APC, PAPAPC must be rejected once and for all time. They are after their own selfish, egoistic interests. Fellow Nigerians, please let us work with one another in truth, honesty, love, respect, honor, patriotism and under the law and take back the country from these criminally corrupt cabals before it is too too late. The future and responsibility to it is ours. But if we the Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Ibibio, Ijaw, Efik, birom, Edo, etc youths and young truly believe that it is impossible to work together for the greater and general good of all then let us as a matter conscience tell ourselves the painful truth, shake hands and part ways.
We can no longer continue to pretend and allow ourselves as political football, and be held back by our olds whose senile conditions whether by design or by choice, continues to hold us the young back while our counterparts all the world over continue to innovate, invent, educate, write and define the future. Friends if I have my way I would want us to be one people one nation but it is impossible to enforce love and friendship between people hence we must decide in ourselves the type of future we aspire for. Folk indifference to national issue is no longer tenable. We must make the nest before this setting sun finally sleeps.
Let’s take back this country and beautify it or let’s shake hands; until we do either of these two our individual and collective future will continue to be bleak and hopeless.

The Tukur Ruse
"PDP crisis: I’m going nowhere –Tukur" sun newspaper 12/2013
The Tukur Ruse
'Tukur is the problem' is but a ruse. The perceived debacle of born-to-rule mentality, the perceived dismantle of the Hausa/Fulanism hegemony is the problem. The problem in PDP is the microcosm of the problem bedeviling Nigeria since inception. The problem of either they rule or there would be no ruler-ship; the problem of power slip; power slipping from the grip, from the mind-selves of the hegemonic Hausa/Fulanism whose current political ideology and means is that Amaechi a willing tool and south west a submissive and conquered zone must be used to wrestle back power at all cost and by any and all means necessary.
Governor Amaechi 32 years form today; not presidential Material
"Jonathan forced me out of PDP – Amaechi" sun newspaper 12/20/13
Governor Amaechi 32 years form today; not presidential Material
Not true Amaechi, your vice presidential, perhaps presidential ambition and political future ambition forced you out of PDP. You did a selfish math and got a selfish result. The result was your way, the highway or the Hausa/Fulani way. You selfishly and parochially want to hand back to the Hausa/Fulani the leadership of this country they ruined for 34 years at the expense of your political zone, the old Eastern zone and at the expense of the general good of decent Nigerians. You insidiously calculated that since a man from your zone have taken up PDP presidential slot for your zone another vice presidential or presidential slot for another man from your zone in your live time under PDP is untenable and only as real as a white elephant. Hence you started you insinuations, your demands for the plate-serve of the heart of the microscopic yellow ant from the presidency and from the PDP leadership. But what you forget is that in the next 32 years, whether in APC, PDP or PDPAPC party no other person from your zone would be vice or presidential candidate because your zone has already taken its presidential slot under PDP. This is why even a dummy knows that APC will zone its presidential ticket to the North and then to the SE. Assuming APC wins it will be 32 years before either party would zone the presidential ticket to SS. And here is the real math in its simplest form; north 8 years, SE 8 years, North 8 years, SW 8 years. After this 32 years if you’re still alike Baba Chimp toady would be more cognitive than you would be then, you would be demented, unable to reason since reason is your unmaking at this your prime age. So Oga Amaechi, stop fooling yourself and wake up from your power drunken sleep.
If the 53 year status quo of this country led by the Hausa/Fulani and Obasanjo for this years is the country of your dreams then hand back leadership to them. But I guarantee if ever you have conscience you will in due time regret your selfish and cowardly disposition.
But don’t be deceived Oga Amaechi, you’re not a saints you sure do have skeleton in you cardboard and your skeleton has shit in the butt.

Aminu Tambuwal, the General that leads the Armies of two sides in conflict
Declare seats of defected PDP lawmakers vacant, PDP tells Tambuwal sun newspaper 12/20/13
Aminu Tambuwal, the one General that leads the Armies of two sides in conflict
Unless Presidency, PDP leadership and congressional delegation finds a way to wrestle power away from Aminu Tambuwal the Party’s days for leadership of the House is numbered and this would have a snowball effect on the Senate. If this first batch of defection completes without adverse effect on the defectors more would defect both in the House and the Senate.
That Aminu Tambuwal is an APC mole in PDP is a forgone conclusion. It is mind bugling for PDP to continue to allow an APC member in PDP clothing to lead the Party to the slaughter house. I would bet my integrity to declare that Aminu Tambuwal is in-the-know and behind the strategies APC and the defecting Legislators are employing to destroy and defeat PDP. Not that I care much whether it is APC or PDP crooks that are power. Both are parties led by unenlightened, unknowledgeable, ignorant, criminally minded cabals. Just that it would be disheartening at the current time to see an Hausa/Fulani occupying Presidential office after about 34 years of inept leadership characterized by corruption, incompetence, mass poverty , mass under-education, abundance of ignorance, criminality, murder, assassinations, lawlessness, nepotism, tribalism, cronyism, mediocrity, hypocrisy, backwardness, infrastructural decay, unemployment, youth restiveness, ethnic division and configuration, insecurity to life and property of the none conformists and general abjectness across the land.
PDP leadership must be living in the wonderland, in the fool’s paradise, in a state of coma if they see not that Aminu Tambuwal would officially decamped to APC when he had perfected and completed the complete decamping to APC of the so-called PDP legislators. Aminu Tambuwal is holding off on his own jump because APC needs him to lead the armies of their enemy. Would one call back his loyal Army General that is leading the soldiers of his enemy in the middle of the battle? PDP fortune is doomed not because of G5 but because of the mole, the double agent, GOC, General AminuTambuwal in its midst and unfortunately, PDP has no inkling on how to deal with the enemy army General leading its soldiers.
To stripe General Aminu of his power and ability to destroy PDP, the party may have to enter into alliance with Labor Party and with All progressive Grand Alliance and muster these parties legislators' help and support to impeach General Tambuwal before he does further damage to PDP. And now is the time to Impeach him before he affects more defections that would make impeachment impossible. To have northern legislators go along with Tambuwal impeachment they must be reassured that a fellow Northern, more appropriately a north east zone Legislator would take over after his removal.

Love Letter to Abdulahi Keni Saint-George
"United Nations Ambassador for Peace, Abdulahi Keni Saint-George, is a renowned international activist and household name in the United Kingdom, especially as regards human and animal rights. He is currently among the most ardent proponents of ‘Jonathan 2015 re-election agenda." Sun newspaper 12/18/13.
Love Letter to Abdulahi Keni Saint-George
I personally would like to meet Abdulahi Keni Saint-George and pay homage. Never knew this kind of intellectually god-like northerner exist. Abdulahi Keni Saint-George plus Abubaka Umar and add three other alike from the north, and five from the south, Nigeria would become a true nation of people united in peace, love and understanding and in prosperity for all. I would humbly carry the shoes of men with Abdulahi Keni Saint-George's larger than live psyche.
Abdulahi Keni Saint-George you're truly one of the few Nigerians alive today but above all you're a humanist. I have said it religion is meant for men and not men for religion. It is religiously stupid and alter insanity for one to love the God one sees not but hate, kill the visible human god that is one's neighbor. It makes no sense.
If God of Abraham is that, which she-he is, it is impossible to comprehend how he-she would condone, takes comfort in the killing of one its creatures by the hands of another of its creature. it makes no sense unless he-she is a God of Confusion. But I know she-he is not. Just that ignorant human weaklings thinks that they can do God, the Absolute-One, the Nature God, the Alpha and Omega, the Everythingness a human favor. Fun in deed that many are so mentally poor endowed.
More grease to your elbow Brother Abdulahi Keni Saint-George, God bless you, a salaam alaikum, peace and love.
Borne.

Message well taken but messenger must be thrown overboard
Message well taken but messenger must be thrown overboard
This is a pure case of grandchild who is a product of a daughter’s rapist, a pure case of delicious fruit of evilly poisonous tree, a pure case of moral text authored by morally bankrupted person, a pure case of Kettle calling pot black. Who says chimps are not smart?
Excerpt “May God save leaders from sycophants. They know what you want to hear and they feed you with it essentially for their own selfish interest. As far as you and Nigeria are concerned, they are wreckers. Where were they when God used others to achieve His will in your life. ‘They possess you now for their interest.’”
The question is who or what is possessing this leader of three year military dictatorship, 8 year failed and grossly corrupted presidency and a seeker of illegal wasteful ( in public wealth) failed third term presidential ambition. Perhaps Obasanjo incarceration in Yola prison under brutal Abacha regime still clogs his memory. This chimp that led Nigeria for 11 years and had nothing and I mean nothing to show for it is either still living in fool’s paradise or still suffering from the trauma of his Abacha incarceration or still holding fast to his self-exaggerated worth, ego and self- importance.
How could this Obasanjo forget that the turmoil in PDP under his leadership was astronomically higher than anything that is happening today in the Party. If the president is the leader of his Party by simple logic the vice president is the number 2 leader of the Party and of the country. If Obasanjo as president and Atiku the vice president were so deeply embroiled in dispute that the vice president decamped to another party in the middle of his vice presidential term, does this not completely impeaches Obasanjo’s sermon on political party harmony and on nationalism? What could be more dangerous to a nation and or to Political Party than an open political warfare between a sitting president and his vice of the same Party? Obasanjo’s failed third presidential ambition with flagrant disregard of the constitution said it all, of his character and integrity.
His anointment of Yar’dua to the office of the presidency at the expense of due process and transparency was the worst of it kind anywhere in the world. It was the worst that could happen to a democracy and to a nation. There were many high profile political assassinations recorded under Obasanjo’s 8 years of failed corrupt presidency (the assassination Bola Ige for example) and none so far under the current administration. And I do not mean to sing the praise of Jonathan’s administration because this current administration is as corrupt as the past ones. However, corrupt, incompetent, cowardly Obasanjo should be the last person to lecture Nigerians and or Jonathan on leadership, good governance, accountability, corruption, trust, integrity, patriotism, and honor. The allegation that any body and much more the presidency would hire a convicted well known assassin,
Hamza in a plot to murder 1000 political opponent is ridiculous and as stupid as it’s childish. Why Hamza, because there is dearth of political thugs and hirable assassins in Nigeria?
Yes, he twice handed power to his successors and this is true but lack facts. Fact is that Obasanjo did not want to hand over power after 8 years of corrupt failed presidency and this was the genesis of the war between him and his deputy. The tens of billions of Naira Obasanjo used to prosecute is illegal third term ambition could have been better used to improve Nigeria and Nigerians. Obasanjo handed over only after strong resistance from both good and worse Nigerians. Fact, the first handover to Shagari though a welcomed development was made possible by his cowardly disposition. Remember how he came to power in 1976. Obasanjo was never comfortable in that position because just 6 years after the civil war that decimated a good chunk of senior military officers, that was preceded by coups and counter coups he knew he was leading under the watchful eye and eager-to-strike Hausa/ Fulani military hegemony. So in one power transfer (to Shagari) Obasanjo was compelled by anxiety and fears within and without; while to Yar’dua he was compelled by political force without.
There are two things guiding Obasanjo in his un-presidential-like, un-elderly-like, and un-statesman-like open letter and open opposition to Jonathan. One, driven by ego and exaggerated self-importance Obasanjo wants to demonstrate that he is the indispensable political godfather in Nigeria. He wants to show that his hands must anoint who and when Nigerian becomes the president provided his appointee and political positions fits well with Hausa/Fulani script. If Obasanjo oppose a Hausa/Fulani he find another Hausa/Fulani to anoint and this is how he anointed among them the sickly Yar’dua which gave rise to Jonathan’s presidency. If Obasanjo opposes none Hausa/Fulani he tries to anoint Hausa/Fulani and counts on the group’s support for his sycophancy to them. Sycophancy which Obasanjo accuses Jonathan’s aides of, is actually what guides his own politics except that, his is only to the Hausa/Fulani. Obasanjo’s sycophancy to Hausa/Fulani is never out of love or like for this group or for the country but for his selfish political survival, safety, relevance and ego.
The only reason political turmoil in PDP and in the country would appear unusual to Obasanjo today may be because under the current administration unlike Obasanjo’s eras there is more freedom of expression and right to dissent, the level never seen before in Nigeria and thanks in part to FOI which for 11 years of his leadership Obasanjo did not sign but was signed into law by Jonathan under three years of his presidency. Secondly Obasanjo is the brain behind this turmoil when in his usual sycophancy to the Hausa/Fulani he went public with his anointment of Limado when he has not consulted with Jonathan to know if Jonathan was abiding by his so-called one term agreement. We all recall that Obasanjo went public with his Limado anointment when it was everywhere in private and public domain that Jonathan may seek a second term. With Jonathan’s second term rumor everywhere shouldn’t it have been appropriate for Obasanjo to be 100% certain that Jonathan was not going for another term before he went public with another presidential anointment in Limado? Obasanjo of all persons should have known that political promise unlike honesty, rule of the law, accountability, equity, fairness, fidelity private and public, is only a political promise and has little or nothing to do with integrity, honor and patriotism. In his bid to appease his Hausa/Fulani masters and maintain his political relevancy and ego Obasanjo deafly head-on to his Limado nomination without Jonathan’s knowledge and consent just to ambush Jonathan’s legally allowed second term right. His attempt to ambush, muscle Jonathan presidency failed as Jonathan increasingly became his own man at Obasanjo’s surprise, dismay and political irrelevancy. The questions are when will this chimp leave the political stages? Aren’t we tired of his beauty?
If any turmoil exists, there is no gainsaying that Obasanjo is not only responsible for any such turmoil in PDP and in the country today but his 11 years of corrupt and failed leadership was the precursors of today’s decay in Nigeria. If Obasanjo truly has the interest of Nigeria at heart he must allow this President from the minority group peace, time and politically conducive environment to complete his term be it 4, 8 or 10 years for the simple facts; 1: except Gowon's 9 years dictatorship, Hausa/Fulani and Obasanjo group, pretty much have ruled this country for the remainder of the 53 years of independence. 2: the oily blood that sustained this country through 44 years of Hausa/Fulani/ Obasanjo misrule came from the president's backyard. 3. By the old three political regions of West, East, and North, North have led for 34 years, West led for 11 years and East have led only for 6 months before Jonathan. In as much as I would like to agree that leadership should not be about region or religion yet Obasanjo is acting on the premise that it is the turn of the North and not just North but the turn of Hausa/Fulani to lead. Yet he would want us to believe his is detribalized and this is true for him as long as he and Hausa/Fulani continues to lead and share Niger Delta oil wealth. If Obasanjo is a just man as he claims today why didn't him anoint Ibo Man as deputy to Yar'dua? He knows fully well that Igbo is one of the three major tribes, perhaps more populous than Yoruba. If he Obasanjo believed in fairness and justice as he claims today shouldn't he have known that after his 8 years of corrupt leadership he ought to have allowed Ibo man as Yar'dua's deputy in preparation for Ibo leadership of the country after Yar'dua's administration? I say this not because am jealous of Jonathan being President but just to prove that Obasanjo either lacks or have no sense of fairness or perhaps his is ignorant of the true meaning of fairness.
But I ask, would Hausa/Fulani Obasanjo opportunists ruin, push this country to the brink of extinction or disintegration; the same country they have benefitted most, benefitted more than any other group. If reason and sanity are the guide of these two groups they should be the ones hedging Jonathan's presidency with every drop of their blood and sweat.
If the national conference did not achieve any other thing it must ensure absolute fiscal federalism in this way the rabid quest for the center by duo of Hausa/Fulani -Obasanjo would have be completely discouraged and the nation saved from disintegration

petition to Wayne Gold NLEB
From: Member local 280
To Wayne R. Gold, Regional Director NLRB
CC:
Date: December 8, 2013
Reference: Case 5-RC-104853
Subject: Attempt to use the NLRB to victimize members of local 280
Sir, with reference to your letter of 12/2/13 addressed to Watkins security Agency of D. C., Inc. and Covenant Security Services, Ltd pertaining to case 5-Rc-104853, I as a members of a local 280 desires to direct your attention to the fact that the second blocking charges granted to Security Police Fire professionals of America (SPFPA) by your office only denies we the local 280 members our right to choose any union of our choice for the purpose of Collective Bargaining agreement; Granting these blocking charges victimizes us and leaves us at the mercy of SPFPA’s antics of delay, deny and financial exploit tactics.
Six months ago or thereabout SPFPA sought and obtained blocking charge from your office thereby denying us then our right to a yes or a no vote to change of union; while SPFPA continued to collect union dues from the members. After thorough investigation your office concluded that SPFPA blocking Charges then lacked merit and were bogus. Consequently that blocking charges by SPFPA were dismissed, block to election lifted and election scheduled by your office. Presently, SPFPA have filed yet another bogus blocking charge that like the first one completely lacks any merit, in my opinion. And your office have yet again granted SPFPA another blocking charge thereby once again delaying and denying us our right and desire to have a referendum to SPFPA’s six years union stewardship at the U.S department of labor. While at the same time NLRB allows SPFPA to continue to financially exploit us through union dues collections. Granting SPFPA first and now second blocking charges based on bogus claims not only deny local 280 members’ right to a union of their choosing but it also delays and denies business opportunity to other union organizations competing against SPFPA. We believe that NLRB as an agency of the government is neither in the business of choosing winners and losers between union organizations, nor does it takes side in business disputes, nor does it disregards the welfare and interest of the majority of union’s local members.
In my opinion, what SPFPA seeks with these repeat blocking charges is neither legal redress, nor legal interpretation nor legal adjudication but tactical maneuver of delay, financially exploit and may be deny local 280 members, their right to have union of their choice. SPFPA would continue to file these bogus blocking charges as long as it perceives an NLRB that is willing to grant one and as long as it continues to collect union dues. SPFPA has lost nothing but have gained everything with its bogus blocking charges and will continue to file one bogus charge after another so long as it continued to collect union dues. In order to put to an end to SPFPA’s bogus blocking charges and to allow for election I request NLRB to direct the employers to cease deducting union dues from the members’ pay pending the outcome of the investigation on SPFPA blocking charges and consequently pending the outcome of eventual election.
Majority of today’s unions especially security unions have become racketeers that operate on philosophy of quid pro quo and ally with the money. But I and local 280 members have absolute confidence that NLRB and personnel working in this labor agency will be fair, impartial and follow due process in the discharge of their duty responsibilities.
Yours truly,

SPFPA bogus blocking charge
From: Members local 280
To Wayne R. Gold, Regional Director NLRB

Subject:: Attempt
to use the NLRB to victimize members of local 280
With
reference to your letter of 12/2/13 addressed to Watkins security Agency of D.
C., Inc. and Covenant Security Services, Ltd pertaining to case 5-Rc-104853, we
the members of local 280 desire to bring to your attention that the second
blocking charges granted to Security Police Fire professionals of America
(SPFPA) by your office only denies us the right to the choice of union representation;
victimizes us and leaves us at the mercy of SPFPA’s antics of delay, deny financially
exploit tactics.
Six months
ago or thereabout SPFPA sought and obtained blocking charge from your office
thereby denying us our right to a yes or a no vote to change of union
representation then; while SPFPA continued to collect union dues from the
members. After thorough investigation your office concluded that SPFPA blocking
Charges lacked merit and were bogus. Consequently that blocking charges by
SPFPA were dismissed, block to election lifted and election date settled by
your offices. Presently, SPFPA have filled yet another bogus blocking charge
that is like the first, completely lacks any merit, in our opinion. And your office
have yet again granted SPFPA another blocking charge thereby once again delaying
and denying us our right and desire to have a referendum to SPFPA’s union
stewardship . While at the same time NLRB allows SPFPA to continue to
financially exploit us through union dues collection. Granting SPFPA first and
now second blocking charges based on bogus claims not only deny local 280
members’ right to a union of their choosing
but it also delays and denies business opportunity to other potential new union
representatives.
We believe that NLRB as an agency of the government is neither in the
business of choosing winners and losers between union organizations, nor does
it takes side in business disputes, nor does it disregards the welfare and
interest of union members.
Is our opinion that what SPFPA seeks with these repeat blocking charges is neither legal redress, nor legal interpretation nor legal adjudication but tactical tactics of delay, financially exploit and may be deny local 280 members, their right to choose union of their choice. SPFPA would continue to file these bogus blocking charges as long as it perceives an NLRB that is willing to grant one and as long as it continues to collect union dues. TChief Emeka Kanu; another frustrated self-exiled Nigerian in America. This thievery now ‘chiefery’ idiotic urchin is seeking monetary support for his ill-informed quest for political position. This tchief, for political money support is eulogizing one of the most corrupt governors ever in Nigeria.
It behooves us all to fight Orji Kalu’s corruption. Folk in as much as I agree that we should be respectful and circumspect in our criticism I disagree that we should ignore evil or remain mute on evil of corruption or on any form of evil just for the sake civility. I vehemently believe that I and we the people can change the dooming trajectory of our people, our youths, and of course, of our nation caused for the force of official corruption. Martin Luther King Jr. said, the reason evil persist is not because of the acts of the evil men but because of the silence of the good people. Folk, I can tell you and take it to the bank; it is far much easier to assure a corrupt free society than a peaceful and civilized one, where due to public corruption, youth unemployment , mass illiteracy, child un-education , under or un- medication, high infant mortality, high maternal death, mass starvation and malnutrition, insecurity to life and property, kidnapping, armed robbery, terrorism, complete institutional ( school, university, banking, policing, military) failures and all manners of vices and abjectness are the orders of the day. The illegal internal deportation of Nigerians, Igbos, Abians by Lagos is intrinsically linked to public corruption for which Nigeria Governors and Orji Kalu in particular are responsible and guilty of. Today Kalu has billions of stolen public funds to buy private airplane and avoid death trap nature of public roads in Abia State and across Nigeria. He has enough stolen public wealth to hire thugs (as governor he had killer thugs) hire vigilantes, police, army to protect him from the rampaging armed robbers and kidnappers all over Abia, South East and in Nigeria as a whole. Folk ask yourselves, who protects you from the death traps roads, from the good citizens, from the graduates turned armed robbers and kidnapers by the corrupt actions of the public officials.
All the societal ills and vices listed above and many more not listed have direct bearing, a direct relationship to the crime and evil of public corruption. Think about it, Kalu stole billions of Naira of Abia public wealth and can now buoyed by his stolen wealth fly himself or any of his family members, wife, son , daughter, to any country in the world and to any medical facility in the world and regardless of the cost receives the best and even unnecessary cosmetic medical services and procedures for self or for his family members, while the hospices in Abia State are but death traps for the residents, death trap for the mothers , fathers, the elderly, and children of Abia state. Regardless of the cost, Kalu swimming in self-appropriated public wealth can now send family members to the best school and universities anywhere in the world while Abia children are denied even basic elementary education and sent to Ariria Market to hawk away their future and Human dignity. Kalu now in illegal possession of Abia State wealth have Mansion all over the world including the one in Maryland where one of his Mistresses mysterious died; and mansions in cities in Nigeria except in the South East, while Abia children are not assured the basic necessities of food, cloth and shelter.
Con Orji Kalu, like almost all the Nigeria criminally corrupt public office holders have been around the world and know what civil, organized and healthy societies expect of its public servants, the position Con Orjior Kalu once occupied. Folk you must know that the reason black man is disrespected and humiliated around the world is directly linked to the corruption, mediocrity, ignorance, and parochial, visionless, primitivism and greediness of the leaderships in black societies. In the West, Americas and Europe, governors in particular build institutions and develop their states. While in Nigeria Governors destroy the state and the public institutions. Orji Kalu more than any Governor in Nigeria history selfishly loot-destroyed the state he took an oath to develop. It is self-evident that who adores and sings songs of accolade for the corrupt, the thief is no better than the\an thief. So this Nigerian American chief is a thief.
I am not Abia Indigene but I cannot in good conscience remain silent in the face of evil of corruption because in a society, corruption anywhere is corruption everywhere. I mean Orji Kalu’s and all public corruption affects me in innumerable ways. Boko Haram is a product of public corruption and the inability of the government to stop Boko Haram’s wanton destruction of lives and property is failure of institutions of the security apparatus which links directly to public corruption. Many of the Igbos being killed in the north by Boko Haram and by other Igbo haters in the North, refused to relocate to the South East because south east governors instead of developing the states stole the states to extinction.
In one of my critical op-ed on Orji Kalu one of his apologist said Judgment is not my and that I should allow nature to take care of what I cannot change. But I completely disagreed with that moron. I completely disagreed with his childish philosophical religious manipulative antics and yet defeatist and cowardly dispositions. I replied and said to him that it is my and our judgment to call these criminals like Kula and Co to order. I argued, except the citizenry whose responsibility is it to stop these crooks called politicians. I asked the moron whether it is the Nature God’s responsibility to fight and callout corrupt public servants. I said to him, I am and we are part of nature and therefore I, we are nature. As for Nature God I told him, she was dead long time ago because her handwork was complete, enduring and perfect and no longer requires her presence. The rest work is left for men, me, him and you.
I said to the moron, no more than 30 years from now I guarantee Orji Kalu facing his own death and wishing to make end of life statement would want to talk to his critics than to his sycophants and favor seekers like himself and TChief Emeka Kanu. I said to the moron, even with his billions of stolen public wealth Orji Kalu is not a happier man, at least not as happy as he used to be before he stole money meant for Abia children’s education and medical services and this is why he goes around on motivational speeches hoping to atone his crime and sin without returning to the owners that which condemns him in his conscience and inner being. I said salvation, whether religious, moral or cultural cannot be attained without repentance and there cannot be repentance if the sinner holds to self that which condemneth him. I said and still maintain that if Kalu believes in any god I will take my case against before his god. If it is devil he believes in I will take the case against before the devil. And I have witnesses in Abia children, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, sisters and brothers dead and alive who are in one way or another, victims of his looting of the State’s wealth.
If Con Kalu is my blood brother I will speak to him in private and ask him to return the people’s money to the people and ask the people for forgiveness. I would speak to him in public if he heard me not in private. I am in this crusade against public corruption and misrule not only because it is the right thing to do but as a responsible citizen it behooves me not only to fight this fight but to fight like my very existence, my very being depends on it and it does depend on it. And I can tell you, for this fight I was bred, born, fed, reared, groomed, and destined for. I have the means and capability to take advantage of the comfort and convenience obtainable anywhere in the world but then what profit is it to man that he would own the world but lose his soul and conscience. I fight this fight because I know why I am here, I know why, the purpose the Nature God put us here on earth for; and that is, to overcome obstacles, conquer evil and death and lives forever thereafter. It is the lack of knowledge of this God’s purpose that many like Orji Kalu are selfishly and primordially disposed and pursue not, causes greater than themselves. I fight not as a religious person but as a moral being.

Hausa/Fulani, Yoruba save Nigeria now! And yes you can.
Hausa/Fulani, Yoruba save Nigeria now! And yes you can.
Fellow Nigerians do you folk know that the anticipated 2015 political turmoil, upheaval and national disintegration can be solve by just little compromise, understanding and patriotism by the political Hausa/Fulani born-to-rule Islamist and their Yoruba political apologists.
If these group have the interest of Nigeria at heart they must allow this President from the Minority group, peace, time and politically conducive environment to complete his term be it 4 or 8 years for the simple facts; 1: except Gowon's 9 years dictatorship, Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba group pretty much have ruled this country for the remainder of the 53 years of independence. 2: the oily blood that sustained this country through 44 years of Hausa/Fulani/ Yoruba misrule came from the president's backyard.
And I ask, would Hausa/Fulani/Yoruba political class ruin, push this country to the the brink of extinction or disintegration; the same country they have benefitted most, benefitted more than any other group. If reason and sanity are the guide of these two groups they should be the ones hedging Jonathan's presidency with every drop of their blood and sweat.
If the national conference did not achieve any other thing it must ensure absolute fiscal federalism in this way the rabid quest for the center by duo of Hausa/Fulani -Yoruba would have be completely discouraged and the nation saved from disintegration

Only in this Land
Only in Nigeria do the president, governors, ministers, commissioners, senators, legislators, elected politicians, members of the judiciary branch, and public/government officials uses foreign made automobiles on official assignemnt and engagement when there exists locally manufactured automobileds. This is the height of hypocrisy and un- patriotism..

Faith, the hope on hopelessness.
Faith, the hope on hopelessness.
Ours is one nation two sets of legal system; one Islamic,
the other secular. Folk with deep pain and anguish I regret to state categorically
that Nigeria would never survive or would at best continue be a banana republic
if it continues to allow the adoption of two legal systems of secularity and Islamic
theocracy.
Alcohol consumption is not prohibited by the Nigeria
constitution, perhaps the 1999 constitution put in place by Hausa/Fulani military junta
did proscribe consumption of alcohol in Nigeria which then makes Nigeria leans
Islamic not secular. Can somebody please tell me if the 1999 Hausa/Fulani
military junta’s constitution outlawed either public or private consumption of alcohol?
If this is the case I will then either pack my belonging and leaves or stay to
fight for my fundamental universal right to self- happiness, self-pleasure,
self- indiscretion, and even self- stupidity. Or I may consider converting to Islam just to
survive.
The proscription of alcoholic beverage in Kano state or in
any state in Nigeria is also the proscription Christianity in such state
because Christianity not only allows the consumption of alcohols by the faithful
but it actually uses alcohol in its Holy Communion rituals and in other
ceremonial events. If the constitution of
the federal republic of Nigeria, albeit put in place by the Hausa/Fulani military junta allow public and private consumption of Alcohol
would it not be an infringement in the rights of Kano state’s alcohol consuming
residents and indigenes if the state government harasses, arrest these resident on the count
of alcohol consumption?
I understand that in a Federal system the states make the
respective state statutes but these are only statutes which are inferior to the
constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any behavior, right not
implicitly or explicitly banned by the constitution is behavior and right
allowed by the constitution. For example
the right to eat 6 times in a day is neither implicitly or explicitly
prohibited by the constitution of the Federal republic of Nigeria and therefore
would be stupid and perhaps Islamic to compel a citizen to have one ration of
meal per day.
Truth is that Theocracy and secularism are antithesis to
each other and mutually exclusive. Therefore
Nigeria would never survive not even the power of gods would save it from the
explosion inherently present in a mixture of theocracy and secularism,
especially the Islamic theocracy. Islam just by itself is very unstable, very
explosive and Christianity very stubborn and one cannot help imagine what would
become of this mixture.
And I ask, what is the fate of indigenous citizens of Kano State, the Christian and other minority groups who are not Muslims but like their beer bottles? May God help us, we the miracle believers, we the believers
in what was not meant to be; and this is faith, the hope on hopelessness that
Nigeria is.

Prices of imported cars to rise by 60%
Prices of imported cars to rise by 60%
November 25, 2013 by Rasheed Bisiriyu 39 Comments
Finance Minister, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala
The Federal Government has released the details of new duties and levies payable on imported new and used vehicles as well as imported new tyres from next year, raising the tariff from 20 per cent to 70 per cent.
Dealers of imported vehicles estimated that the new rate would translate into an increase of 60 per cent on imported cars.
The Federal Executive Council had last month approved a new national automotive policy aimed at encouraging local production and assembling of new vehicles with an imposition of a high import tariff on fully built vehicles. But the new rate was not given then.
A two-page document dated November 14, 2013 and signed by the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, gave the new import tariff on cars as 70 per cent (of the cost of each vehicle).
It stated that a fully built car would attract a duty of 35 per cent and a levy of another 35 per cent of the cost of the vehicle.
Hitherto, importers/dealers parted with 20 per cent and two per cent as duty and levy, respectively on new cars. Ten per cent flat rate was also imposed on commercial vehicles.
Although the new tariff on cars shows an increase of 48 per cent over the old rate, dealers have estimated that the showroom price of an imported car will rise by 60 per cent when other variables (costs) are added.
In other words, prices of imported cars currently being sold between N3m and N5m will shoot up to N4.8m and N8m; while tokunbo vehicles selling for N800,000 will rise to N1.28m.
Those who spoke with our correspondent on the issue on Sunday also warned that there might not be enough vehicles to meet the demand of the country next year.
A sales manager with one of the major dealers said, “Many of us are skeptical about ordering for new vehicles because we don’t know if people would be ready to pay the about 60 per cent increase on the cars when the import duty and levy are added to the original cost of purchase.
“Even the supplies by local plants will obviously be grossly inadequate to meet the demand.”
The document, with reference number BD/FP/DO/09/189, also stated that fully built commercial vehicles would attract 35 per cent duty but no levy imposed.
Specifically, it stated, “Local assembly plants shall import completely knocked down (vehicles) at zero per cent duty; and semi-knocked down (vehicles) at five per cent duty.
“Local assembly plants shall import fully built unit cars at 35 per cent duty and 20 per cent for commercial vehicles without levy, respectively in numbers equal to twice their CKD/SKD kits.
Imported tyres would also cost more as from next year as 20 per cent duty and five per cent value added tax have been placed on tyres of cars, buses and lorries.
“Local tyre manufacturing plants are to import tyres at five per cent duty in numbers equal to twice their production for two years from the date of commencement of production,” it stated.
Similar high tariff will also be charged on used vehicles, according to the document. It added that the Nigeria Customs Service “shall use the value of a new vehicle depreciated by 10 per cent per annum, implying 10 years period of cars and by seven per cent per annum implying 15 year period for commercial vehicles. In either case, depreciation should never be below 30 per cent of the value of the new vehicle equivalent.”

I advocate peaceful revolution and a bloody one if the criminal few resists peaceful change
Mr. Osuoha I frankly believes that you will make a better economic minister than any of the bunch occupying these positions.
Ok let there be zero vehicle importation in Nigeria. No minister, governor, president, any public office hold should import any vehicle into Nigeria, this I can understand. But this idea that these criminals will steal in billions our common wealth and use these public fund to import any class of vehicle of any price for their perverted pleasure and then turn around and make it impossible for the struggling common man to move about is not acceptable. I said it, when these criminals called politicians are done stealing all the country's wealth they will then turn to the common man to sustain and satisfy their base animal instinct of greedy and ignorance. There is only but one solution to this injustice of the few against the many; peaceful revolution or a bloody one if the criminal few resists change away from the current status quo

My husband forget our home address and he even forget my name sometimes.
Can somebody help me, is my husband suffering from memory lost or amnesia?
Maam, I am Dr. memory and I can help with your husband's condition. But first let me ask you, have your husband complained about forgetting other things like his work address, names of your children, anything apart from your name and your home address?
No Doctor he has not.
Then go home woman your husband suffers no memory lost. You are the one suffering a loss. You have lost your husband to someone out there.
If Governor Amaechi cannot remember that he recieved and spent N56B then River State's people have lost this money to the Governor's private money laundry accounts

Folk any time a sitting Governor nurses presidential ambitions, the consequences is that the state and its citizens suffer and becomed derailed economically. Because the Governor's money printing machine for the huge money gulping presidential money-politics is the state's resources. So fellow Nigerians, whenever your governor rabidly wants to be president watch him or her and have EFCC monitor your state wealth against the inevitable thievery by your president wannabe governor

I thought this man claims SAN
I thought this man claims SAN?
"One is when there is a sovereignty, which is in operation." What does he mean by a sovereignty in operation?
"The other is when there is a breakdown of sovereignty, either by military interruption or breakdown of law and order, as we had in Kenya." What do SAN Ahamba mean by break down of Sovereignty? Do this SAN think Sovereignty as an aspect of law and not the lordship of the citizenry over the government. Even in military dictatorships the sovereign power of the citizenry remains absolute. Do this SAN say that during the 43 years of military dictatorships Nigeria was not sovereign. To stifle or suffocate something is not the same as to conjure or profess its inexistence. Yes military dictatorships tend to undermine the sovereign power of the people over the government but in a republic like Nigeria, citizens' sovereign power over the governorships is ever absolute. It seems that this SAN is in the same league with Senator Abaribe who believes that the citizenry transferred its sovereign power to the Legislative arm of the government; nothing could be further from the truth.
Sovereignty is neither negotiable nor transferable, Folk sovereignty never leaves the people; it is ever resident with the people. Sovereignty comes with tremendous authority but it is not the same thing as authority. Authority is an aspect of the manifestation of sovereignty, the supreme overlord. Sovereignty is never transferable. In fact in a republic, the primary difference between sovereignty and authority is that one can be delegated while the other is absolute. I make this distinction because one incompetent Shitnator, Abaribe and now SAN Ahamba claim that the people surrender their sovereign power to the Legislature; that the Legislature is sovereign. In a true democratic society this claim is criminal and treasonable because even military dictatorship cannot make this wild claim. How could they say that people transferred their sovereign power to the Legislature? How could this be if the people still have the power to sack the Legislature, the government, anytime any day? Can one lose something and still have it? Abaribe and Ahamba either do not understand sovereignty or they are dictators. How could people part ways with their sovereignty if they still and always have the power to sack any government any time any day? Sovereignty is like a crown, kings do not give up their crowns to their proxies; rather they impact them with authority. It is common sense, if the King gives his crown to one proxy how could he delegate the next proxy? As you know, the King can delegate and impact authority to as much proxies as he needs. The King is able to delegate and impact authorities to many of his subject because the crown is still with him. Once the crown leaves him the power to delegate or impact authority would be lost. Likewise sovereignty never leave the people. Mr Abaribe and Ahamba should redo their home work or take their ignorance back to the planet they come from.

In fact in a republic, one of the primary difference between sovereignty and authority is that one can be delegated while the other is absolute. I make this distinction because one incompetent Shitnator, Abaribe claims that the people surrender their sovereign power to the Legislature; that the Legislature is sovereign. In a true democratic society this claim is criminal and treasonable, even military dictatorship cannot make this wild claim. How could he say that people transferred their sovereign to the Legislature? How could this be if the people still have the power to sack the Legislature, the government, anytime any day? Can one lose something and still have it? Abaribe either do not understand sovereignty or he is a dictator.
Likewise, sovereignty never leaves the people. Mr Abaribe should do his home work or take his incompetence and go back to his village. If the outcome of the national conference requires the approval of the national assemble why waste money and time for national conference since the National assemble in itself is a national conference. Some of the problem with Nigeria can be found in the National assemble itself. Among these are the expensive bicameral legislature Nigeria is operating; the ridiculous but outlandish jumbo pay members of these bodies arrogate to themselves; the Hausa/Fulani overwhelming dominance in the National assemble orchestrated by Hausa/ Fulani military lead juntas, etc. How could the National Assemble implement the recommendations of the National conference if the conference recommends, unicameral legislature, cut in national assembly’s $1.164M humongous annual pays? How could national assembly with overwhelming Hausa/Fulani dominance accept a pure secular state devoid of sharia; accepts rotational presidency, fiscal federalism, and regionalism and parliamentary systems if the conference recommends these.
I kind have supported Jonathan's Presidency because I had and still want to accord him benefit of doubt. If Jonathan truly believes that the recommendation of the conference will be subject to yeah and nay of the national assemble I suggest he call off the conference because the exercise will be act in futility. I tend not to agree with Tinubu but it seems he was absolutely correct when described the President’s conference as a Greek Gift, a Trojan horse from the president to Nigerians. Mr. President quit pontificating on sovereign conference, and take back your Trojan horse and shove it.

“Sovereign Confab’ll throw Nigeria into anarchy – Ekweremadu.” (Vanguard Newspaper, 10/22/13)
Mr. Ekwerenmuo, what we have now is worse than anarchy after all anarchy is definable and comprehendible but what we have in Nigeria today is neither definable nor understandable. If your greed, ego and foolishness would allow you, you can agree with me that once a problem is defined and known such problem is more than halfway solved. If the National conference would lead to anarchy that would be a welcome and cherished development because Nigerians would then know and have a hand over what the nation is sick of. And I ask you Mr. Shitnator, what form of anarchy is worse than the tribulation, deprivation, and marginalization Igbos and 80% of Nigerians suffer in this country run by insensitive Neanderthals like you and your colleagues? I think and most Nigerians think that your loot which you and your cabal colleagues call salary; the national assembly’s insensitivity to the plight of over 80% of Nigerians is worse than anarchism and worse than Asinine Okorocha
For example, have you ask your boss Mark about his Mark Bloody University. Ask Mr. Mack if the villagers asking for compensations for the usurpation of their land for his ego driven University have been compensated. Mark’s henchmen suppressed and killed some of these villagers and forcefully took their little pieces of land from which they sustain their mere existence. Ask Mr. Mark how and where he got money for a 4sq mile university campus, the Mark Bloody University?
Folk and Igbos in particular, remember Noike Ikweremadu and of course, the unworthy legislator. Visit Ike Ikweremadu’s website you will know his character, the stuff his is made of, his priorities, his ego, and self loving persona. His website is full of fotoups and events that are only self serving and self eulogizing. It was impossible to even email him with constituent and or Igbo issues. This man is either full of himself. Or his is that poor man that saw self miraculously owning a very big tall mansion; believing that he too owns even the gravity around his tall mansion he then jumped and hit the ground and become one spirit with the mansion. Ikweremadu is a disappointment to his constituency, state, to Igbo people, to Nigerians and to humanity. He, like his colleague are an unworthy legislators.
Remember he said excitedly that there is no way for state creation, not even for South East that is unjustly cheated in the state creation. He said state creation is mission impossible. He said he knows no how for state creation. He said it is too cumbersome. But my impression has been that legislators are elected to find way, solutions where there seemed to be none. It looks like Mr. Noike wants to legislate on the already legislated; on the easy things. He wants easy job. He wants to sleep and do actually sleep and get paid $1.4M. Mr. Noike, in case you do not know, akara market person can do it, better and cheaper.
I understands; how could people like Ekweremadu, and this current breed of legislators know that, what is obtainable in Nigeria today is worse than anarchy when he and his heartless Neanderthals colleagues take home as salary every year over one million four hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000) of public money in a country where more 70% of the populace lives under $3 a day? Yes, these vultures are blinded by their loot, greed, ego, lack-of Knowledge and insensitiveness. These vultures know not the plight of over 80% of Nigerians, that are undignified, diseased, poorly or purely uneducated, hungry and malnourished, unemployed, unsheltered, un-medicated as a result their actions, policies and or lack thereof.
Mr. Ekwerenmuo, your education especially in the U. S is a disgrace to United States of American and to Humanity. Surely, you and all of you will give account of your stewardship of this country here and beyond.

Governor Rochas and Red-herring 2
This is it
Folk here is a very prophetic op-ed I made in 2011, about 6 months into Rochas governorship, one of my many 2011 op-ed on Rochas; Sun Newspaper can confirm. In fact this op-ed is in part responsible for Okorocha’s current battle with PDP. In the op-ed I ambushed Rochas dumping of APGA. I predicted that he will dump APGA for PDP but to prove me wrong he dumped APGA for APC instead. Well, in 2011 there was no APC hence I could not have seen him joining APC. My prediction was based on the very fact that there was an understanding between him and some Leaders in PDP that he will rejoin PDP if he wins the Governorship. Rochas won but bungled the agreement because his figured out that his 2015 presidential ambition under Jonathan’s possible 2nd term ambition will be dead on arrival.
Folk read below the 2011 prophetic op-ed on Rochas dumping APGA for another party.
Governor Rochas and Red-herring
Mr. Governor, behold governance, if governance was good intensions then you are the best governor Nigeria ever had. But governance isn’t just good intensions alone. Because good intension is a very subjective supposition almost all persons have it. Abacha, IBB, Ohakim and Orji Uzo Kalu them have good intensions.
The Governor should leave the traditional rulers alone. Like any other institution governmental and non governmental in Imo and in Nigeria this Eze-ship or institution of traditional ruler-ship is highly politicized and grossly corrupted but the traditional institution is not an agency or branch of the Imo state Government. Disgraceful yes, but the Eze institution is not responsible for the poor leadership, corruption, insecurity and general abjectness in the state. In fact Governments just like what Governor Rochas is doing today are responsible for the politicization and degrading of Eze-ship in Igbo land and institution of traditional ruler- ship in Nigeria in general.
Mr. Rochas can not solve Imo problem by dissolving the exiting Eze-ships, local government councils and chairmanships and replacing the same with his political stooges. This is cronyism the same menace the Governor proclaims to fight. If the governor is true to his fight against corruption why has he not set up panel to probe his predecessors? The Governors before Mr. Rochas are responsible for more than ninety percent of corruption, general abjectness and socio-moral decadence in the state. The governor has publicly but cowardly declared that his administration will not probe Mr. Ohakim when it is crystal clear that Mr. Ohakim embezzled, mismanaged public fund and betrayed public trust. By declaring not to probe Ohakim Mr. Rochas is preparing for his own probe free exit four or eight years from now when he leaves the Governor’s house for a presidential bid. In my opinion, Governor Rochas is neither the messiah he make himself to be nor the one to save Imo people.
Here are my predictions and I pray that I am wrong. Governor Rochas between third and eighth year of his governorship will declare for the national ruling party in preparation for a presidential bid. Eighty percent of the fund the governor will use for his presidential bid will be Imo state wealth he will not account for. The Governor had ambition but this is not primarily to be Imo State governor. Imo State administration will serve as a resume and revenue source for Mr. Rochas’ presidential ambition. If Rochas succeeds in his presidential ambition then Imo People has something to be happy for but if the Governor’s presidential ambition fails Imo State will be gloomier because then ex-Governor has no way to return to Imo People their wealth he deceitfully invested in his presidential run.
Mr. Governor, prove me wrong by declaring your verifiable personal wealth now. Mr. Governor, please stop this red-herring and war on the pacifist eze-ships and tell Imo People how you plan to fight insecurity, poverty, joblessness and general abjectness in the state. If the Governor succeeds in these four then history will be kind to him otherwise the Governor will be another number like his predecessors
