Mitt Should Release his Tax Returns.

I am an independent and have been an independent politically all my life. This November I want to vote for Romney if and only if Mit releases his last 12years of tax returns and promises that if elected he will release some returns when he lead Bain Capital. I and my online colleagues will work against Romney if he fails to release on or before August at least 12 years of tax returns. Here is why, in 2008 Romney was one of many potential VP candidates vetted by the McCain Campaign. The Spouse of my Republican Friend was involved in the McCain VP vetting process. This friend of my told me that the reason the McCain Campaign ditched Romney’s VP prospect early in the process was due to the VP Candidate’s and quote “Dirty business activities and serious tax irregularities.”
Many businesses are subjectively dirty and I do not hold this against Romney. However, the governor as a matter of decency and respect to the American electorate and to save his supporters the pain and anguish of buyer’s remorse has moral responsibility to release his tax returns. Another family friend was denied a contract job with the federal government because he was required to sign a Tax-Information- Release consent form. It turned out that this friend owed IRS a couple of thousands of dollars in back taxes.
So as matter of fairness and equal protection under the law for my friend and for the American people the Governor should release his tax returns beyond and above the number of years any other presidential candidate have released.
