Under the circumstance what else could have Biden done than to laugh humorously to the candidate whose political policy position is all over the place. Biden couldn't have shown anger to Ryan Romney campaign of torture that torture facts and truth. This Romney Ryan truth relativity overwhelmed Obama in his debate with the Etch A Sketcher Romney. But Biden prepared for the falsehood with humor.
