Senate once again shows it is good at façade

Senate once again shows it is good at façade
Everything that passed in the senate’s bills for constitutional amendments is cosmetic, nothing tangible, and nothing substantive. Nothing in the passed bills addressed the cankerworm or cancer of corruption that is ravaging the society; nothing addressed the official corruption, the mother of all that is wrong in Nigeria.  The repeal of   executive immunity to commit murder, to loot the state, the country to death failed. The Local government fiscal autonomy that would have reduced the ability of the governors to loot the states to death failed.
The economic gap between the looting and stealing public officials and the general citizenry was never addressed; that is the social mobility of the masses of the people was not addressed.  So what did Senate do with the highly hyped constitutional amendment; nothing but self glorification, a charade, a façade to justify the N30M (naira) pay for doing virtually Nothing.
Question, which problem among the innumerable problems in Nigeria would the bills of constitutional amendments just passed in Senate solve?

It is inconceivable to lose two civil wars and still expect to exist.

ARRESTED IN LAGOS, DEPORTED TO ONITSHA (sun Newspaper 7/30/13)

It is inconceivable to lose two civil wars and still expect to exist.
It is time Igbo leaders of thought gather and present empirical data on the Igbo’s killed, maimed, displaced, targeted, Igbo pogrom, Igbo ethnic cleansing and internally deported in Nigeria to United Nation for case for Igbo autonomy and repeat for Igbo autonomy in Nigeria.
The Civil war was premised on quest for the survival of Igbo race. However the then Nigeria with the support of the whole world refused to allow Igbos a safe place in the ancestral home and forced Igbos back into their dreaded Nigeria death camps.
Since this forced admission, Igbo killing, maiming, cleansing, hate, envy and deportation have continued. Yet Nigeria would not let Igbo go. I personally would want and wish Igbos to remain Nigerians but I feel their pain, their plight and their disappointment. Igbo is only ethnic group that through their presences in every nook and cranny of this God forsaken country embodies and symbolizes what a true united, one indivisible people of a true nation ought to be. Yet today Igbos are hated, killed, envied, and deported for doing exactly what they were forced back into Nigeria to do. They are being hated, envied, maimed, ‘pogrommed’, and deported for displaying and behaving as true Nigeria nationals; for doing exactly the same things that Nigeria through the civil war forced them back into Nigeria, to do.
The enslavement, subjugation, ill treatment, marginalization of Igbo in the Nigeria is the worst case of servitude. In general slave masters hold their slaves in bondage for the satisfaction of the masters' needs being it labor and or sexual needs. But in Nigeria Igbos are held by Nigeria for no apparent Nigeria’s need or use. Nigeria behaves like it neither likes nor needs Igbos yet it would not let the Igbos go.
Igbo in Nigeria is being deliberately pinned to the wall and allowed only one escape route, the explosive route. God Knows that any second attempt by Igbos to explode their way to freedom, free of subjugation will yield one of two possible outcomes; freedom or extermination of the race.  It is inconceivable to lose two civil wars and still expect to exist. A war to finish but God Almighty please save us from this doom, only if it is thy will.
Is my hope that Nigeria as whole understands that there is point to which human spirit would want to be free regardless of the means, the cost and the consequences.

Amaechi and Mental slavery

2015: Why I’m not sticking out my neck for Jonathan yet, by Amaechi (The Nation, 7/28/13)

Amaechi and Mental slavery

Folks did you notice that Amaechi did not mention one single issue or problem with his party. He said  "It is all muddled up. [...] If we want victory at the polls, we have to correct these things. The party is not consulting enough" And I Ask Amaechi, what things? The interviewer asked him to state his grievances with the presidency and with PDP and he couldn't say any meaningful or substantive issues rather he made vague remarks;   "It is all muddled up. [...] If we want victory at the polls, we have to correct these things. The party is not consulting enough." Are these vague remarks the reason River state is imploding and dragging the nation down the drain? The NGF disputed election was the after effect of an existing manufactured problem engineered, orchestrated by Limado Amaechi  presidential zealousness.    Amaechi, it will be travesty and alter ignorance and extreme selfishness to wrestle the presidency or headship from kinsman for your northern Boss just for the promise, a promise, a promise of dinning with your bosses. Governor, have you succumbed to the erroneous belief that we in the south will play a second class fiddle to the Hausa/Fulani? Mr Governor please emancipate yourself from mental slavery and from second classism.

Any Yoruba against the Nigerinization of Lagos can go to hell.

Any Yoruba against the Nigerianization of Lagos can go to hell.

Igbos must confront ill treatment, discrimination and humiliations that they suffer in Nigeria. And that is to defend by any means necessary the artificial one- Nigerianism as long as the project called Nigeria whether in truth or in falsehood continues to emphasize that we are one Nigeria. Igbos must be prepared to either effectively relocate to the East when and if it becomes necessary or they must stand their ground, defend and protect themselves by any means when and if it become necessary to do so. Every part of Nigeria is Nigeria and Igbos, rich and poor like any other group has the constitutional right to live everywhere anywhere within the Nigeria territory.

Great men, nations are neither made from among the timid, the weakling, the peaceable, the pacifist nor from among the awols. Rather great men and nations are made from among the fearless, the courageous and from among those who would stand their ground when ordinary men and nations takes flight. So, as long as the song of one Nigeria mantra is being sang Igbos must prepare selves to defend in Lagos, Kano, north, south, east, and west, this none melodic but empowering song of One Nigerianism.

Today Nigerians are assigned citizenship or indigene-ship base on tribe, language, and or on the divisive indigenous laws in the states that says an Igbo man born in Lagos state is not an indigene of the state just because he has an Igbo blood even if he neither speaks Igbo nor ever set foot on south east soil. If Kaduna Nzeogwu was correctly seen and identified as a Nigerian first, a northerner second and may be, may be as an Igbo third, the July 1966 revenge coup, the pogrom that followed culminating to the fratricidal civil of 1967 to 1970 would have been completely averted.  QED

In Nigeria today nobody knows the indigene-ship or state citizenship of a Nigerian with Igbo father, Hausa mother and Hausa paternal grandfather and Yoruba paternal great grandfather.  The confusion in the citizenship of this individual is because unlike most country in the world where residency and individual volition are the bases for assigning state, regional, provincial citizenship, Nigeria uses tribe, language, and or paternity to assign citizenship. The oddity and absurdity of this Nigeria system is that it fosters divisiveness among the citizenry; it makes a Nigerian a stranger in his or her home country if he or she speaks, and or possesses a genome that is not local or indigenous to his or her place of residence.

This strict ethnic classification in Nigeria is principally responsible for persistent mistrust, disunity, rivalry, wars, tribal conflicts, and pogrom in the Nigeria society. If every Nigerian living in the north receives and possesses sense of citizen; sees self as a Nigerian first and a northerner second, the Boko Haram threat that ordered southerners to leave north would have been senseless and laughable. If every Nigerian living in the north receives and possesses sense of citizenship they would neither yield to tribally charged threats nor indulge in mass exodus to the south for safety. Our leaders have for long encourage these divisions among the citizenry because it is good politics of divide and conquer. I therefore call on the national assembly to seize the opportunity afforded by the ongoing constitutional amendment to address and redefine citizenship appropriately; citizenship that is base on residency and not on tribe, language, paternity or genome.

Lagos state cannot try to have it both ways, by on one hand receiving over 40 local government councils which translate to over 40 fold federal allocations while on the other hand  it is deporting the same population it  used to obtain over fold federal to local government allocations. Fact is that Lagos is a Nigeria territory and is for every Nigerian if a Yorubas don’t like it he or she can do one of two things, make lagos secede from the federation or shot up his or her shoo mouth and go to hell.

The Many Nigeria

"Lagos ‘deports’ 67 persons to Onitsha."

(sun newspaper, 7/24/13)
The Many Nigeria
The details of this Igbo deportation from Lagos State are not yet known.  However, if the Lagos State government actually carried out these treasonable offense against Nigerians living in Nigeria then the Anambra state government, the Federal government, presidency, the national assemblies must take legal, executive and legislative actions respectively against the Lagos state government on behalf of these Nigerian citizens whose fundamental and citizens' rights to live in any part of Nigeria of their choosing were grossly violated by this subversive act.  This inglorious act is no different from the deportation of Jews by the Nazi; is no different from the 1966 pogrom or the ethnic cleansing directed against eastern Nigerians leading up to the Nigeria Biafra civil war. That these citizens were picked up on the streets in Lagos, detained in a vigilante prison camp where many lost their lives and then internally deported for no apparent reasons except that they appeared poor is not only criminal in nature but purely a crime against humanity and against the constitutional order of the Nigerian state.

Now Lagos state has become a Nazi enclave with the Igbos as the target of its newly found Nazi ideology. Lagos state government is now to Igbos what West countries are to Nigerians. In the West, a Nigerian that looks poor is not welcomed in the West.  But if this Nigerian is a public official carrying huge amount of stolen public wealth he receives kingly welcome in Europe, in US.  With this action Lagos State government says if you're Igbo and looks poor you're not welcomed in Lagos. This is exactly the same discrimination that South African meted against Nigerians sometimes last year that sparked National outraged and forced the Nigerian government to respond accordingly. Lagos state government cannot differentiate or discriminate between the rich and the poor Igbos.

But by this particular single action Lagos state government have unfortunately spoken out the unspoken truth many have deliberately avoided; the truth that we are not one, the truth that one Nigeria is a hoax, a fraud artificially kept as truth by the Niger Delta oil. Every Igbo man living or operating in Lagos take note; you’re welcomed in Lagos as longs as you appeared to be doing economically well. Every Igbo man in Lagos must now understand that his is foreigner in Lagos state and therefore must not keep all his eggs in the Lagos basket. Any Igbo in Lagos and perhaps anywhere outside the Igbo territory must think what would become of his wealth and properties in these states in the event of slightest national discord. It has happened before, the abandoned property project during the Civil war. History has and would continue to be a very important reference tool and those who disregard it surely make the same mistake time and time again.

However, there is an alternative cause of action albeit a difficult alternative that Igbos can use to confront ill treatment, discrimination and humiliations that they suffer in Nigeria.

Conscious criminals always cherish and brag of the slightest accolade

A departing  diplomat going back to home country pays Orji Uzor Kalu visit. (sun newspaper, 7/23/13)

Conscious criminals always cherish and brag of the slightest accolade

I do not know why this visit should make a news story. This visit cannot white wash this criminal called Njio ka Ozo ka aru. Meaning this once chief executor-thief of Abia state is an abomination, his behavior, thinking and actions are uglier than Ozo, the chimpanzee.
This criminal bankrupted Abia state and his is now the mouth piece of shit for the Ndi-Igbo. He claimed he was rich before he hacked his way to the governorship. He claimed he made his wealth by taking palm oil to north and fish from north to the south. Folks how many trailer loads or what quantity of fish and oil was this crook transporting that enabled him own an airline business and multi billion naira business across Africa and in US?  What was or is his fish and oil business transport system?  People that made fortune from buying and selling always accomplish such feat by using fleets of personalized transport systems. Where were Orji Uzor Kalu’s fish and oil transports limited? He couldn’t have raised billions of naira from fish and oil sales using public, or rented or pay per use transport system.

Obasanjo knew that this Man was a crook but he could not prosecute him effectively because. 1. He himself Obasanjo was compromised, a cook in his own ranks; 2. Because of political correctness and his dislike of the Igbos, Obasanjo took Ka aru's criminality as Igbo problem.

I will be surprise if the Sun Newspaper posts this comment because it appears like Kalu and his killer squad machinery dictates whose comments would post in this Sun’s public forum.   But I will continue to comment because deliberating not posting my comments means that at least one person read them. And the truth is that my truth comments would one day convict and condemn whoever for selfish reasons refuses to post them.  Fact, truth is truth and never a motivational statement and therefore not necessarily meant to taste good.

Republican judiciary unitary fiscalism?

It is mind bugling that in Nigeria we have republican or secular judiciary system that permits Islamic or sharia laws but a unitary ‘fiscallism’

Priestly and Pastorly sexual Armageddon is not ugly blind

"Randy pastor arrested in police officer’s bedroom in Nnewi" (sun newspaper, 7/23/13)

Messianic priestly and pastorly sexual Armageddon is not ugly blind
The demons living in the head-mind and manifests under their pants are the cause of the pastor’s and priest sexual orgies. We all have the same devilry influence so it is no brainier for pastors and priests to blame the devil for their sexual assults on unmarried, married and children alike. What use is his pastor-ship or priesthoodship if yet being a man of a god the devils controls their thinkings and behaviors?

Truth is that, the last persons any one with a slightest sense would ever trust his wife, girl friend, teenage daughter or son with are these pedophiles and sexual perverts in ‘pastorly’ and priestly robes in the churches. Anytime your wife, girlfriend is having private and constant appointment with these perverted men of a god one thing is very certain; your wife and the pastor or priest are either fucking or about to. Unfortunately more than 95% of priests and pastors in Nigeria are either engaged or are prepared to engage in these heaven on earth sexual Armageddon.
These perversions by  these churchly pedophiles have being going on for a long time just that now women have begin to understand that these priest and pastors are not pious; that they are whores like must men and women are. Before, women were reluctant to expose priestly and pastorly sexual advances or contacts on them by these surposedly heavenly sent fornicators and adulterers because these women actual and stupidly believed that pastorly and priestly sex were heavenly approved and ordained; a messianic sex. Some women still believing in messianic sex but actually driven by adulterousness and desperate for iron clad cover for infidelity finds priestly and pastorly sex a great opportunity to satisfy their sexual anarchism. Here  I do no mean to minimize of victimization of the child victims of the piestly and pastorly sexual assults. Rather I am pointing out that there also exist adult females who for one, two or more reasons willingly enagage in messianic sex with pastors and priests.
If in the past your girlfriend or wife has been making personal and constant appointment or contact with a pastor or with a priest, confront her strongly today she may confess to your heartbreak. I speak from personal experience and experiences of some of my acquaintances.  These heavenly sent fornicators as you could imagine are prolific fornicators.  Friends, these pastors and priests once sent out here are never closer to heave than the rest of us are. These eat better, live better, and as you could imagine they would perform better than many of us. Once here on earth these heavenly sents obey the law of nature, chemistry, biology and physics. It is stupid to think or expect they operate under any other laws.
Today, to be pastor or priest is to accumulate money and wealth, sleep with beautiful single and married women. Did you hear what a pastor pesting a congregant's wife for sex said; he said he will pay for the damage properties and any amount to keep his sexual criminality secret. Why, so that he can continue to extort more money from the stupidly naive congregants among whose wives and daughters he fornicates with. So you see, the society though very poor makes a man that comes in the name of a god rich and what does the society gets back in return; nothing but get fucked.
If you have ugly wife or girlfriend you have nothing to worried about these priest and pastors are not ugly blind

yahoo debate 2: Igor

Rihanna, Diddy, Nicki Minaj Outraged Trayvon Martin Killer Found Not Guilty (yahoo news, 7/16/13)

Igor posted
Blacks, I’m so tired of hearing about all your racial discrimination n suffering, slavery and self pity that I’m now compelled to set you straight :) You all should be very glad that slavery happened because that is pretty much the only way you ended up on the American continent. This was way before you firmly convinced everyone that you are entitled freeloaders so u had to work for your ride :) while white people were busy exploring and establishing trading partners and making scientific discoveries, implementing new technologies, and developing ethics standards n societies Africans been humpin, eating (each other) n hanging from trees. So please wait for February n kick off the Black History Month with a few LA riots to keep it in the spirit of accomplishing absolutely nothing in this world except burden n the road map to gilt trips n freeloading :) You are absolutely the cause of your own plight with your mentality.
I reply to Igor
Angry troll, the whole world already knows of the devilish hypocrisy, barbarism, and murderous inclinations of yours and your ancestry. This land was stolen from the Cherokee Indians and other native people.  Time, 1000 years would not be able conceal to the facts of the thievery of your people; you’re the vagabonds, the scavengers, looters world over. That you and your ancestry have the ability to kill, steal and occupy other people’s land makes you no less than a beast; the great beast.  Your great ability I concur to kill and take possession of others people’s land is not a measure of humanity but of barbarism and beastism. Something must have been original wrong with your original place of abode hence your suicidal escapade with its associative killing, stealing and spreading of your disease world over.
If you do not like black man in this Indian land then go back to your plague infested, morally bankrupt and everything goes enclave and continue with your incest,  out-sex and all manners of abomination.

Nomadic cattling

Nomadic cattling
There is not enough land in the world today to continue nomadic animal farming. Fulani cattle farmers can have a decent, healthy, rich-full, peaceful, enjoyable living free of worries, fear, rancor, conflicts, fights, wars, murder, death if the governments in their respective states would encourage and help them establish animal barns. But this aren't gonna happen because the governors of the Nigeria states do not have enough money for their mistresses, for their illegal foreign accounts, not enough money for their many mansions, home and abroad, not enough money for their families' funs, for their family foreign education, foreign medical services, not enough money for their blissful escapade to the organized societies, not enough money for their shopping bonanza and jamborees.
May God help this Nigeria and her poor ignorant citizenry that fight among themselves instead of fighting the corrupt elite and political class that made life miserable for the ordinary man.

The self deceiving Mass; the disconnect

The self deceiving Mass; the disconnect

May God help this Nigeria and her poor ignorant citizenry that fight among themselves instead of fighting the corrupt elite and political class that made life miserable for the ordinary man.
It amazes how ordinary Nigerians are cowardly sitting behind the computers in the comfort of their gallows and squalors under the cover of the screen and shout or make senseless frustrated, careless outbursts abusing one another while there counterparts in the Arab countries and around the world are resourcefully engaged in positive revolutionary changes for the benefit of the common man.
In the north, south, east, west of Nigeria, more than 99.8% of the masses are abjectly poor. This reason corruption and misrule are pervasive in Nigeria is not because of the abundance of corrupt public officials or leadership but  rather because of the abundance of ignorant,  illiterate, ill- informed sectionalize mass that defends corrupt public leaders of their kith and kin even when such leaders' corrupt acts mortally affects them. Until such a time when Mr. Okeke will in the court of law, and in the public court condemn and convict his blood brother Mr. Okafor for a proven act of public corruption; and Mr. Olu condemns and convicts his brother Mr. Oluwale; and Alhaji Musa condemns and convicts his brother Alhaji Mustapher for a proven act of public corruption, Nigerian will remain a dream, a drowning and fading geo-political idea.

Executive Immunity; don’t want to be prosecuted then quit criminality and or shove leadership ambition; to be president, governor are personal choices;
Even in the medieval times Kings were not immune from banishment, dethronement, and prosecution from criminal conducts.  We all know that justice postponed, delayed is justice denied. In Nigeria today the governors prosecute and even unjustly demote royal fathers.  For those who ignorantly or criminally argue against the prosecution of a president, governor for a felonious conduct, my question is; should a governor caught red-handed committing murder not be prosecuted just because his is a governor? If this is the argument of these potential criminals and accomplices then they must believe that not only are criminal chief executives above the law but they must actual be gods.  But the last time I checked, a governor, a president are but servants of the Master, the people. If the Master, the people are prosecutable what is the rational for the argument against the prosecution of the servants of the people (the governor, the president), when preponderance evidence shows that the governor or the president may have committed criminal acts?
At maximum, the immunity clause for elected public servants should be highly limited. The president, governor, members of parliament should not have immunity from prosecution for corruption, bribery, and money laundry, abuse of authority, subversions, and from other felonious acts. The national and states assemblies can institute impeachment action against a president or governor respectively suspected of having committed any of the above act. NBA, any nationally registered none-for-profit organizations and comparable states’ organizations, institutions of higher learning, anti-fraud agencies, courts, federal ministry or agency, and state ministry or agency can bring legal action against a seating president, governor and or a parliamentarian, state or federal official if such entity believes that the president, governor, a parliamentarian have committed any of the impeachable or criminal offenses. False, frivolous accusations against any public official is a libel offense; anyone, group, institution, agency found guilty of libel should receive a mandatory jail term, and or monetary fine. The victim of libel shall receive a monetary compensation

APC, no difference from former far north led military Junta; will loot like never before

It will be foolhardy, utter recklessness and leadership travesty for the South and the Middle Belt to allow presidential power to return to the far north after 23 years of repeated abysmal leadership failure and incompetence by the far north's Islamic Caliphs and Juntas. The purported political alliance between the Tinubu led Yoruba and the Buhari Hausa/Fulani is antithetical; un-Yoruba and un-Awo. Yorubas as we believe are progressives and fiscal federalists while Hausa/ Fulani are feudalist theocratic conservatives. The difference between these two ideologies is irreconcilable. Except religious affinity, the Tinubu Buhari political alliance has nothing in common instead it is rooted on ego, and is self-serving.
This Buhari Tinubu unnatural,  unmanageable political alliance only serves for their selfish personal political gains. So to say that this unequally yoked political alliance would be bad for Nigeria is to say the least. To predict that this unequally yoked political alliance would lead to the death of real opposition party in Nigeria is as easy as to predict that there will be tomorrow. The predictable infighting and demise of a possible APC is as real as corruption that a potential APC led government will exacerbate in Nigeria. If APC fails as it will inevitably do duo to infighting among its various irreconcilable ideologies then the zeal for merger by political parties even with similar ideologies will be dampened by APC’s eventual demise.

APC will be a party that espouses every ideology while it in essence has no one single identifiable ideology. This lack of ideology or presence of all ideologies in APC will surely lead to corruption and the eventual demise of the APC. The principal actors surely know of the unsustainable nature of the APC’s encompassing endless ideological nebulous. APC will unrealistically try to be everything to everybody and this is not sustainable and the result will be that an APC led government, like thieves, knowing that time, longevity, sustainability is not its side will steal public fund like never before.

If truly there is real north and not the deceitful mythical north of the Hausa/Fulani conception for political and leadership gains let them give Nigeria a middle belter to run for the presidency. It is high time that a Christian Middle Beltern and not an Islamic caliph lead the country.  After all, in hindsight Gowon ‘s administration appears to be better than the entire subsequent ones combine with the exception of the Jonathan’s government. The far North has fooled the Northern Minorities long enough.

Then allocate base on actual population

Then allocate base on actual population; it is criminal to allocate federal common fund on the bases of permannet fixtures, like local governemet, states or area of land.
If state creation is not possible now, for fairness, federal to state and to local government   allocations should given base on congressional districts (which in turn are based on actual population) in a local government or state. Because population is a dynamic phenomenon, a headcount or census every eight to ten years must be conduct so as to adjust the number of congressional districts per area or per state. The number of congressional districts per states accords a state its fair share of federal allocation and the number of congressional delegations for the federal house.

Common men live to never exist.

"Shock as police recover 20 skulls at Aba dump site[...].Then the arrested policemen, who were said to have admitted to the crime, took their colleagues to the borrow-pit along the Aba/Azumini Highway, where they dumped the dismembered body of Onyekachi. When Daily Sun visited the borrow-pit at “no man’s land,” where Onyekachi’s body was buried in a shallow grave, the site was a horror to behold, as several human skulls and decomposing bodies, including that of school children." sun newspaper 7/4/13

Common men live to never exist.

Folks shot up your ignorance and understand that any of you no matter where you live in Nigeria can be victim to these criminal syndicates dealing on human organs and tissues business. Its’ not if it is when you folks as common men would be sliced open and your organs harvested for the rich politicians home or abroad.  These criminals are sponsored by the rich people in the society who need human organ or tissue to replace their failed organs or for their family members who need the organs. No wonder state powers, the police are involved. These criminals in Aba are without doubt working for a highly connected, rich person or person, a politician perhaps. Some of the organs may be exported to the Middle East, Israel, Europe; to the underground international criminal enterprise on fresh transplantable human organs and tissues.  For transplant organs must be harvested and transported with lightening dispatch hence the brazenness of this murder by these criminals elements called police. Fresh human organ harvest for transplant is happening all over Nigeria under the cover of ritual killing.  These syndicates make their harvesting of organs and tissues appear like ritual killing.

All of you in Nigeria, especially the ordinary man, Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba are endangered species. You have no government, no protection against these criminals you folks call your leaders.  You can call each other name, fight one another as much as you want but the truth remains that all of you common men are in the same boat, the Nigeria boat that will certainly doom if a force does not pull it back from its disastrous course. I wish all of you ‘good luck’ and hope the criminal leadership in the country would have a change of heart.  Good luck indeed is all that I can wish you all but a wish of good luck is just talk and talk is cheap. What else can I do for you folks if you yourselves refuse to do them the same for yourselves?

Folks your futures are within your hands, you can seat by and allow nature, others shape and determine your future for you or you can at the time of your choosing take your future in your hands and shape it how ever it fits you. But whatever you do remember you have two options to choose from; the choice to live or to die and do not let anyone make this choice for you. If you choose to die then you have not much to do but just sit and wait on time. But if you choose to live then you have an unending work in front of you. The choice to live comes with lot of responsibilities both to yourself, to your loved ones and to the larger society. If you choose to live be bold and act like you mean it; be not afraid because to live is to die otherwise to live has no meaning. If you have nothing so important to die for then you have no reason to live. And what it is that you are willing to die for, your wife, mother, father, children, and country?  Then act to save and protect them from the wickedness of your political leaders.  The Europeans did it, the Americans did, the Arabs are doing it. Please do not wait on God because metaphorically God is dead. He died because his handwork was complete, enduring and perfect and no longer requires his presence. The rest work is left for men. The same work Americans did that made them the envy of the world. The Europeans did it, the same work that made them the cradle of knowledge.

Nigeria, North, South, West, East  are 99.9% common people who are the primary victim of official corruption, armed robbery, kidnapping, extra judiciary killing, police and military brutality, under-educated, under medicated, hunger, poverty and all sorts of abjectness. Yet instead of pulling together to confront common detractor, common enemies, the brothers’ killers, common men like you folks occupy yourselves with the blame game; blaming one another, calling one another names, thereby distracting yourselves from the real work, the real of living. Fighting a useless fight among yourselves, while yet all of you are the injured people. Injured by the political and leadership class, yet you folks fight one another to protect these criminals just because they come from your ethnic groups.

This reason corruption, criminality and misrule are pervasive in Nigeria is not because of the abundance of corrupt public officials or corrupt leadership (they are less than .01% of the population) but rather because of the abundance of ignorant, illiterate, ill- informed sectionalized mass that defends corrupt public leaders of their kith and kin even when such leaders' corrupt acts mortally affects them. Until such a time when Mr. Okeke will in the court of law, and in the public court condemn and convict his blood brother Mr. Okafor for a proven act of public corruption and criminality; and Mr. Olu condemns and convicts his brother Mr. Oluwale for a proven act of public corruption and criminality;; and Alhaji Musa condemns and convicts his brother Alhaji Mustapher for a proven act of public corruption and criminality, Nigerian will remain a dream, a dooming and fading geo-political idea. Except you folks do something collectively and fast, all of you common people will live to never existed.

Aminu Waziri Tambuwal Speaker Nigeria House of representatives says, ‘Overthrow me peacefully’

"We need revolution now -Tambuwal" sun newspaper, 7/3/13

Aminu Waziri Tambuwal Speaker Nigeria House of representatives says, ‘Overthrow me peacefully’
It is a big puzzle that the chief spokesman for the current government, the speaker of the federal house from the ruling party is calling for a revolution or a peaceful overthrow of the government that he is its speaker in chief. Something is amiss here, is either this man is stupidly ignorant or he actually has no understanding of the position he occupies.
The problem with Nigeria is that since 1979 Dimka coup Nigeria has been led by greedy primitive ignoramus incompetent cabals. I agree we need a revolution that will swept to oblivion Aminu Waziri Tambuwal and people of his political kind.  But I hate to agree with a fool so foolish that he doesn’t know when he makes fool of himself, when he shits on his own pant.  ‘Overthrow me peacefully’ would’ be the most weird political statement of this decade. Tambuwal basically said, overthrow me people, yet he finds no wisdom in resigning his speakershit.

Foolish men have won the abominable war of eating their own people.

Foolish men have won the abominable war of eating their own people.

Ironically, the old, the dying has won the genocidal generational battle over the youths, over the young, over the future of this God forsaken geo-political nebula called Niger area or for easy pronunciation, Nigeria.  Yes,  a Niger area country is a misnomer, a geo-political nebula because Niger area should mean the area extending from Tembakounda in guinea by the Atlantic Ocean , through Mali, Niger Republic , then Lokoja,  Onitsha and PortHarcourt.  Perhaps the problem with Nigeria, the confusion, the abominations, barbarianism, the intra fascism, the infanticide and the ‘youth-cide’  has their origin in its name. Because its name, Niger area does not reflect reality on the ground.  It is therefore not a surprise that nomads from Niger Republic attack natives in Plateau states.  Because Nigeriens are by definition a Niger area people. But this is not to say that being citizen gives one the right to attack another citizen.  Rather, the point here is that the religious socio-political problems, the confusion, the abominations, barbarianism, the internal fascism, the infanticide and the ‘youth-cide’ in Nigeria must have an origin, a cause, a source. And it is this origin, cause or source that Nigerians with conscience, ethics, morals, and integrity have for too long searched to uncover.

It is self evident that Nigeria, that Nigerian leadership or the political class, elders, their youth, eating their yet to be born, in what is veritably a murderous Socio-political-economic fratricide cannibalism. Only in Nigeria do leaders, render the youth, young, the unborn, ignorant, uneducated, educated without knowledge, dangerously half baked,  social schizophrenic, criminally insane, substance depent, internal displaced, fugitives, armed robbers, kidnappers, prostitutes home and abroad and into all sorts of social deviations. It is an undisputable fact that Nigeria is among the first twenty nations in the world with the highest level of child poverty, maternal death; the highest unemployment, most economic crimes, most infrastructure deficit, worse security to life and property, the worse untimely death from road accidents, the worse road system among the nations;  just to name a few societal ills, yet the country is basketted in vast oil wealth and Arable lands.

Nigeria would soon lead in the prevalence of kidney disease, diabetes, AIDS, Obesity, cancer, hypotension and in much other disease that are dietary influenced.  On visit to Nigeria in 2005 I noticed many, sugar, perhaps carcinogenic, chemical loaded, unregulated packaged foreign food dump in Nigeria, especially from china.  I predicted then that within ten years diabetes, cancer, kidney disease would be common in Nigeria and lo and behold this is true in today Nigeria. Once again I predict, if no action is taken as none would be taken, Nigeria would within the next seven years rank first as the country with highest death from cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and kidney disease. I second this prediction that except something dramatic happen they current leadership or political class would do nothing to avert the scourge of death from these diseases that will befall the nation in the next seven years or thereabout. I regret to say that Nigeria is doomed socially, economically and politically; except a benevolent Übermensch, a super being, perhaps the youth emerges, seize power through socio-political upheaval, these things will come to pass. But why, why is a country, a people so heavenly favored, blessed and endowed with natural resources and great arable lands so destitute, so whretched, so diseased, so hungry and poor? What a difficult question with an easy answer.

Primitiveness, ignorance, lawlessness, greed, corruption, incompetence, and mediocrity is the bane of leadership in Africa and in Nigeria in particular. Recently I had heated online debate over an online news article with a individual whose identity I did not know and still do not know. This individual too did not know my identity but base on the position I took in the debate he correctly identified my blackness and attacked me on it. Because this individual lacked facts and truth, instead to dabate he called me names and said that black people are homo sapient with inferior intellect. He impugned that slavery and colonialism were not only justifiable but that they were the best things that happened to black people. Then I knew from his statement that this person was not addressing me as an individual because he did not know anything about me. He didn't know if I am nuclear, Astro, quantum physicist, a string theorist, a medical doctor, an engineer, a lawyer. He was generalizing not based on fundamental truth but on evidential facts; rather base on the realities on the ground in the black societies. African's current socio-economic political realities make the question of black inferiority as relevant today as when it was debated in 14th through 19th century. Yet African leaders have not directly answered this old aged question. Are black people inferior to other homo sapients?  Yet, at every turn African leaders have by their behavior and disposition affirmed the inferiority of black people hence the persistent of this assertion that is fundamentally false.

The problem is that African leaderships took abundance of natural resources, and good weather conditions as an incentive to nothing but to steal as much from the masses as one would possible not need. While the goodness in the white societies was the absence of the natural resources and the presence of harsh weather conditions which encouraged innovations and creative ideas. Is like, the nature, to whom it gave everything he gave nothing and to whom it gave nothing he gave very thing. In Nigeria today the youths are dying at a rate that no nation can sustain if it is to survive for the next generation. Youth are dying from hunger, poverty, diseases; in fresh organ harvest scheme otherwise called ritual killing, from gang violence, dying as victims or perpetrators of armed robbery, kidnapping, terrorism, in road accidents, from extra judiciary killings, in prison, in fratricides, as victims of hate crimes in foreign lands, in foreign prisons, from drug abuse, as condemned drug paddlers. What are the Nigeria leaders doing about this explosion of death among its youth? Nothing, because these deaths represent the battle the Leaders have won. These deaths is the victory Nigeria leaders have won as they deviced to keep the masses hungry, poor, weak, uneducated, un-medicated, diseased and comatose so that they by themselves would steal public wealth unhindered and unchallenged. This battle by the leadership, by the political class against the youth, against ordinary citizen has root in ignorance that is informed by lack of knowledge.

The independent fathers intended that this generation acquire knowledge hence they built schools and places of higher learning. But this generation went and acquired educational maladies and became ill educated. The educated today among the citizenry are curse unto the people and unto the nation. These leaders were sent to acquire knowledge but instead they got educated in numbers, corruption, forgery, ignorance, greed, lawlessness, hate and drunkenness. These leaders cannot claim to have knowledge when they travel to Germany, Europe, to America or to the middle east for medical treatment for hundreds of millions of dollar when they could built a better medical facility in the country with just a fraction of the cost of one time foreign medical treatment? How is this foreign medical treatment not ignorance in the part of the political class and their hatred towards the masses of their people. Such medical facility if built locally would benefit these ruling cabals and the masses whose wealth they the loot. How it is not ignorance when a leader of people exports his people’s wealth to another people only to see his people die of deprivation of the same while the recipients of the wealth blooms and flourishes? How is it not greed beyond any understanding and education in numbers as against the acquisition of knowledge when Nigeria leaders steal such enormous amount of wealth that they and generations of their families will never need? How is it not lawlessness when these criminal leadership class are never prosecuted? How is it not lawlessness when the chief law enforcer or the chief executive is one of the looters and the courts, the place where the loots are shared and the legislatures the distributor of the loots. How is it not drunkenness when leaders starve their fellow citizens to death in the mist of plenty? Veritably, what is actually wrong with Nigeria people is not the lack of knowledge, but the willful rejection of knowledge by both the political leadership and by the citizenry. Knowledge is always omnipresent for those who truly seek after it.

Nigeria by virtue of its location and providence is fashioned for greatness but only under the freewill act of the Supreme-One. Nigeria will be what the leaders and the citizenry make of it. The Supreme-one have finished his work and the hand work of the Supreme-One is perfect.  Yet Nigerians childishly and ignorantly pray to the Supreme-One for the same providences he made available from the beginning of time. Metaphorically God is dead because his creation is perfect and enduring and no long requires his presence. The rest work is up to man, up to the citizenry.

Nigerian is a nation blessed by the creator but ruined by ignorantly corrupt primitive leaders. By the very late 70s and horribly by the mid 80s to present, this potential great nation called Nigeria has been hijacked and ruined by barbarians who masked as leaders. The actions of these abhorrent criminal leaders have reduced Nigeria to a banana republic. The tools of trade of these barbarians are ethnic division, abuse of power and position, murder, assassinations, public and private corruption, theft, lawlessness, trampling of the law and the constitution. Over the years these barbaric leaders gingerly and stealthily deployed their tools. Today these corrupt leaders are brazen and shamelessly bold and their actions make medieval kings angelic. These officials serve none but selves and are gods into themselves. These people are gods of deconstruction, gods of chaos and children of perdition. They have called to questions the wisdom of the independent fathers who risked everything, staked their lives with the conviction of securing and leaving for the future generations free, prosperous and democratic Nigeria. The behavior of these criminals is questioning the timing of Nigeria independent that the independent fathers labored so much for. Truth is that the independent fathers were right and these corrupt leaders are wrong and time will not only make these criminals face the strong arm of justice but they will be blunted from history and the period of their reign of terror declared the dark period, the period time stood still in Nigeria. History will hold the names of these criminals contravene to the constitution, to the law and to the universal morality. In the history book the names of these crooks will be prefixed with Con.

Faced with foreign forces armed to the tooth the independent fathers had little or no chance but they gave all that they had. From the lion’s mouth and with bare hands they wrestled and secured the promise of a free nation. Perhaps, it is not so correct to say that the independent fathers successfully fought for Nigeria independence with nothing. Veritably, the fathers had wisdom, knowledge, understanding, courage, will, determination, conviction, unity but above all they had love for the people. These characteristic are mightier than any man made weapon system. The fathers too loved life the real life. They imagine, and dreamed of the real life, they saw the real life and went for it. They secured the real life and the better life not just for themselves but for all generations. They understood that life in bondage, servitude, adversity, deprivation is no better than life not lived. Like the freedom fighters around the globe the fathers understood that life, peace, freedom, and natural rights are not gifts from the powerful or the corrupt to the powerless naïveté but from the creator to all people.

The independent fathers were also religious and understood that on the sixth day God saw that every thing he made was good and complete and so he rested on the seventh day. The fathers understood that the work of the creator he did finished and the remaining work rest with man. The fathers knew to pick up the tools of wisdom, knowledge, understanding, courage, will, determination, conviction, unity but above all the tool of love, love for the people. May the good Lord bless the souls of these Compatriots. In return for the great gift what did the fathers ask of us? Not much, nothing for themselves but that we love one another and build a free, prosperous and democratic union.
Contrary to the lyrics of the national anthem the criminals masked as leaders that have led the nation since the mid eighties have let the country down and made in vain the work, the hard earned victory, the aspirations, and the love of the independent fathers. In the struggle for independence the fathers confronted the tyrannies of foreign invaders; the enemies without, today Nigerians are faced with the tyrannies of enemies within that bully and terrorize their way to power. These enemies within are no less dangerous than the ones before; in fact they have shown to be cataclysmically dangerous. To defeat these inside enemies Nigerians must employ no lesser than the tools the independent fathers used. These enemies can and must be defeated but make no mistake these enemies are primitively dangerous. Yes, these enemies are vicious and barbaric but they will be easily defeated by a united and determined people. They are thieves and outlaws who must act rabidly because law and time are never on their sides. These criminals know that they have no moral leverage and legitimacy to put a coherent and intelligent fight. And the question is whether Nigerians are prepared to stand, defend and protect that which the independent fathers staked theirs lives for. Would the present generation let the hard earned freedom on the back of the patriot be lost to the vultures that dastardly prey on their own? Would Nigerians especially those in Diasporas standby watch while very few primitive cabals destroyed the gift of great nation that the founding fathers gave us to in a platter of gold? Do Nigerians think that these criminals who have for long hijacked power will out of goodwill and of goodness of heart give up power? No, nowhere in the history of man have power usurpers ever voluntarily given up power. Frederick Douglas rightly said that power is never conceded voluntarily but is only restored to the people through the revolution of the deprived and the oppressed: A peaceful revolution, Reverend Martin Luther King JR said those that strife to stop a peaceful revolution only invites a violent one.

Do Nigerians think that the manner of good governance will fall from heaven. No, the work of the creator he did finish the remaining work is for the men. The French revolutionists were no less religious but they knew that the fight for good governance was not only right but Godly. The abolitionists in US were not less religious but they knew that faith without work is dead.  The revolutionaries in Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya and across the Middle East are not less religious but they understand that among men freedom is never free. Nigerians, it is troubling for one to willfully fail oneself and the present generation but it is apocalyptically sacrilegious and deadly for one to cowardly and willfully fails the unborn generations whose survivals and future consist on one’s present actions and or inactions. Nigerians, failure is okay but not doing anything to save the country from the claws of these barbarians is blasphemous and  a sin that cries to heaven.

Nigerians in Diasporas have seen and know good governance, they have the resources, the number, the connections, and the influence but where is their will? They should remember that to those much is given much is expected of them, no excuses will absolve the diasporas from the solemn responsibility to rescue the nation. For Nigerians in diasporas that have seen the benefits of truth and transparency in governance, know the great need for transparency in governance and understand the supremacy and the beauty of the rule of law but yet collude with the criminally minded leaderships or serve as accessory for the criminal exportation of public wealth overseas; those of them that engage in this mortal sin and crime will be exposed on the day of recompense.

Nigerians in Diaspora at best have paid lip service to the deplorable situations in Nigeria because they think they have escaped abject poverty and lawless in the country. Events in Nigerian today have proven this 'escapecism' mentality as delusion. Today Nigerians in Diaspora while on trip to home land are the prime targets of the otherwise good citizens turned criminals by the actions of the criminal leaderships who have over the years hijacked power and liquidated the country. These barbaric leaders use the neglected Nigerian army and police force to protect selves and their neighborhoods while the general citizenry live at the mercy of armed bandits.
Truth is that there are so much Nigerians especially those in Diasporas, can do to make the country a better place for every Nigeria. But to realize a better Nigeria requires patriotic citizens; those citizens willing to scarify all for all and for the nation. Nigerians have had only but few patriots embodied in the independent fathers. Fortunately many citizens can easily become patriotic only if they can correctly answer the basic question of life: And that is, why are we here? For what purpose did the Creator put us here on earth? Ignorance of this purpose is the reason many have failed to pursue cause larger than selves. Surprisingly, in every human endeavor, personal or public, legal or illegal, sinful or righteousness humans with the exception of few have unknowingly or misguidedly sought this creator's purpose.

An open letter to Chief Justice Mariam Aloma Mukhtar

An open letter to Chief Justice Mariam Aloma Mukhtar

Chief Justice Mariam Aloma Mukhtar, do you agree that for any meaningful progressive change, Nigeria need a new beginning, a new rule of engagement, a new constitution?
Nigeria with its current constitution is like a man hitchhiking to paradise in a devil’s space craft.
The current Nigeria constitution is satirically analogous to the fate of a man who is heading to the God’s paradiso but took a ride in the devil’s space craft. Now, by hitchhiking with the devil this man has not committed any sin. But for his heavenly arrival he must get off the devil’s vehicle. However, he cannot because there are no more vehicles heading his heavenly direction. However, if he continues with the devil’s ride he will not get to his destination because deviled craft would never go near the God’s domain.

Like the man hitchhiking with the devil, with the current Nigeria constitution (or veritably, the current legal illegality), neither the Legislature, the Judiciary, nor the Executive can abrogate it; because the current constitution, like the devil’s space craft, is from where these three arms of the government derive their power, authority and legitimacy. Without the current military constitution these arms of government are by themselves illegitimate and cannot function. These arms of the government cannot even correct, rectify, the 1999 constitution (the 1999 military decree) because in a republic they lack the power or people’s mandate to affect such constitutional changes except the people ratify such change. In a republic, the three arms of the government also cannot individually or collectively make a new constitution because they are but servants of the People, the Master. Servants do not make rules, laws for or over the Master.

With the current 1999 constitution, constitutional amendment to it, with or without the presidential assent is an ultra varies, an act in futility. So long as the current constitution is in itself a military construct, an amendment to it or a new constitution draft like onto it, not ratified by the people are but aberrations. In fact a presidential assent to any amendment to the 1999 constitution (or the 1999 military decree) or a new constitution draft not subject to the people’s ratification constitutes double illegalities, which does not equal legality.  Any court decision for or against the amendment to the 1999 military decree is a triple illegality which again do not equal legality, because again, the 1999 military decree is not a people’s constitution but the act of the military dictatorship. If military regimes are aberrations so are the laws and constitutional decrees put in place by these regimes.  Under a truly democratic rule, leaders of these juntas should be put to trial for treason.
To extricate self from the current constitutional mambo jumbo and save its reputation, the judiciary, the Supreme Court in particular must order a sovereign national conference. That is, if the Judiciary understands that it currently operates on a phantom constitutional nebula represented by the 1999 military decree. This is tricky but it is only way out from the post-military decree that Nigeria is current operating on. To escape the current constitutional quagmire, elders, clergies, leaders of the people, citizens from across the nation must convene a constitutional conference while the nation still rides on the current devils craft which is the 1999 military decree. The Nigeria sovereignty would not be subject to negotiations in any constitutional conference.

In a republic, sovereignty resides with people. And since a constitution or an amendment to it must be ratified by the 3/4 or 2/3 or the whole of the people, as the case may be, and or rarely by their delegated representatives, a presidential assent is not required for such constitutional amendment. The president is a servant to the people, the Master, and receives his/her mandate from the people, the Master. It therefore would be illogical that the Master’s rules or decision, in this case the people's ratified constitution amendment would be subservient (subject) to the servant or to his/her signatory or approval. Presidential assent to legitimate constitutional amendment to a truly people's constitution is inconsequential and therefore not needed.

The past, present and future confusion about constitutional amendment, is that most people neither know nor appreciate the difference between a constitution and a legislative statute. In a republic a constitution is the law of the land by the act of the people to whom sovereignty resides with; while a statute is the law of the land by the deliberative act of the subservient delegated legislature whose authority comes from the people. Statutes are repeal-able, voidable, nullify-able, suspend-able, postpone-able, by the legislature itself or by the courts, but constitutions are not, accept the Master, the people so chooses; or a dictatorship forcefully suspends the constitution, a treasonable offense. So the legislature has no power to amend or draft a new constitution except such amendment or draft is subject to ratification by the people.

Any constitutional amendment not expressly authorized and or ratified by the people is illegal, unconstitutional and an aberration, with or without presidential assent. Besides, the 1999 military act or decree is not in itself a republican constitution and can best be called legal illegality or constitutional aberration. To avoid a constitutional crisis that is inevitable with the military’s 1999 constitutional aberration, a sovereign national conference becomes imperative.

Yes, for a legislative statute a presidential assent is required, since both the Legislature and the Presidency are the people’s (or the Master’s) delegates or servants who are also charged to act as check and balance to each another. But constitutional amendment is not an exclusive function for the legislature and must receive explicit assent of the people.

Mrs. Mariam Aloma Mukhtar do not entangle yourself , your professional  integrity with the unconstitutional amendment of the unconstitutional law, the 1999 military decree, order a new constitution, the people's constitution.

Corruption by omission = Corruption by commission

"The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Mariam Aloma Mukhtar has described the anti-corruption war in the country as a gun-war being fought with bows and arrows with high level of manipulations that turn its fighters into victims and those being fought into heroes." Sun Newspaper, 7/2/13

Corruption by omission = Corruption by commission
Chief Justice Mariam Aloma Mukhtar if Nigeria is fighting a gun war with bows and arrows, you be the leader of co-equal  arm of the government is in a position to level the battle ground by ordering  or at least proposing the issuing of guns to the forces fighting corruption.
Excuses in your own part Justice Mukhtar will in itself amount to corruption by omission which is no difference from corruption by commission.

Official corruption, gross misappropriation of public wealth, treasonable offense

Official corruption, gross misappropriation of public wealth,  treasonable offense

The official corruption, gross misappropriation of public wealth should be codified as treasonable offense to the State; therefore a federal crime. One found guilty of this offense should receive a minimum of life imprisonment that is not subject to presidential or executive pardon. Only the act of Congress can provide pardon for anyone convicted of treason. To be eligible for Congressional pardon the convict must have served no less than 10 years of the life imprisonment and must have or be able to return to the public coffer the whole wealth looted with 20% annual interest on the amount or value of the loot for each year the loot or part of thereof remains in the possession of the looter. To be eligible for congressional pardon the culprit must consent to make live public media apology to the nation and consent never to seek any public office at any government level and must not be involved in any future felonious crime. No plea bargain should be extended to a public official charged with misappropriation of public wealth unless the accused pleads guilty to all charges against him or her; have the means and able to return with interest every penny looted. Yet a looter who receives plea bargain must serve a 5 year minimum prison time for his or her criminal act.
