"FG drops plans to ban Tokunbo vehicles" sun newspaper 2/27/14

Attempted ban on Tokumbo vehicles; good message wrong delivering

The attempt to ban Tokumbo vehicles was a good national economic decision with wrong timing, wrong approach, wrong target and wrong emphasis.

The federal government must target local, state, and federal, government agencies, ministries institutions, schools, police, military and military personnel, legislators,  commissioners, ministers, Judges, and emphasize and even pass laws mandating all government agencies and personnel at all levels of government  to source their automobile needs for official use, from the local manufacturers.

If all official automobile needs in Nigeria are sourced locally, the local manufacturers would benefit tremendously and will remain in business to improve on quality and affordability.  Only in Nigeria do the president, governors, ministers, commissioners, senators, legislators, elected politicians, members of the judiciary branch, and public/government officials use foreign made automobiles on official assignment and engagements when there are the existences of locally manufactured automobiles. This is the height of hypocrisy and un- patriotism.

Good speech for the deaf and ignoble

"Nigeria’s amalgamation not a mistake –Jonathan" sun newspaper 2/27/14

Good speech for the deaf and ignoble

Jonathan's speech is a good one but good speech to the ‘deafed’ and to the ignoble Nigerians is like washing the hands to cook for the dogs which therefore would make no difference in the dogs’ opinion about food. Nigerians are inherently acrimonious, divisive and functionally ignorant.
Nigeria problems even though they seem humongous are very easily solvable. All it requires to solve almost all Nigeria problems is the self-renewal of heart by all Nigerians. This renewal of heart means the exhibition of patriotism, the acceptance or belief by all Nigerians, in the rights, and equality of every other Nigerian irrespective of ethnicity, religion, and place of birth. Nigerians must accept that the nation is greater than any individual, group, region and or religion. Nigerians must know that citizenship ought to be superior to intrafaith, social, regional, fraternal, and or groups’ membership bonds. Nigerians must understand that for peace and harmony in a hetero-ethno-religious nation, citizenship bond must be equal to or stronger and superior to the bond among members of psychological groups.
To solve many of Nigeria ills that are rooted in ‘rivalrism,’ethnicity, disunity, disharmony, tribalism, nepotism, and cronyism with their associative corruption and backwardness, every Nigerian must be granted, and assured complete citizenship regardless of place of birth, ethnicity, religion or residency. Nigeria must abrogate indigene-ship laws or policies promulgated in the regions and in the states and replace them with one, complete and equal citizenship for every Nigerian irrespective of genealogical and religious backgrounds.
In the regions, and in the states, in civil service and political appointments, and in admissions into the universities, Nigeria lays more emphasis on mediocrities of indigene-ship, ethnicity, religion, states of origin and catchment areas instead of on citizenship and competence. Yet our politicians cry wolf about the ethnic division and tension among the citizenry.
Until such a time a Yoruba resident in Kano or Enugu would without fear or faint of heart, an Igbo resident in Kano or Lagos would without fear or faint of heart, a Hausa/Fulani resident in Enugu, Porthacourt or Lagos would without fear or faint of heart be able to viably and confidently stand for a statewide election in their state of residence, the call for national unity and development will continue to be a wash. Until every Nigerian sees self as being at home regardless of the city, state he or she lives in, Nigeria will continue to remain a pipe dream, an illusion. Until Nigeria sees it proper to abolish the divisive indigene-ship policies in the regions and in the states, the calls for national unity would continue to be a ruse and at best a waste of time. It is impossible to achieve cohesion among the people in a country with fluid and incoherent citizenship.
Today in Nigeria depending on current place of residence every Nigerian is either first or second class citizen. If you’re Igbo in Lagos or Kano, or Hausa in Onitsha or Lagos or Yoruba in Onitsha or Kano you’re a 2nd class citizen. But if this Nigerian goes back to a city, a state in his ‘ethno-geo-political zone’ he or she then reclaims 1st class citizen. Our politicians know that it’s impossible to achieve unity, cohesion, love, patriotism from and among the citizenry with this kind of incoherent citizenship classification. Yet they pretend to not know that the political turmoil, ethnic rivalry, ethnic mistrust, hate and tension, unhealthy competition, the cutthroat politics, cronyism, nepotism, corruption and professional mediocrity in Nigeria; stem from this incoherent citizenship classification
So, if the national conference did not achieve any other thing, for the Nigeria future, the conference must do away with indigene-ships policies in the regions and replace the same with full, complete, absolute Nigeria Citizenship Anywhere and Every-where within the Nigeria territory.

Under international law no country including Cameroun would allow itself to be used as a staging ground to attack another country. Such permission in itself is act of declaration war on the victimized country. So Cameroun must act and show that she is friendly and responsible neighbor. If Cameroun fails to police its border and its territory becomes a safe haven and staging ground for the terrorist killing innocent Nigerians, Nigerian have moral responsibility and the backing of the international law to hot pursue the criminals into the republic of Cameroun

National conference, Citizenship the panacea to 80% of Nigeria ills.

National conference, Citizenship the panacea to 80% of Nigeria ills.

To solve 80% of Nigeria ills that are rooted in ‘rivalrism,’ ethnic disunity and disharmony, tribalism, nepotism, and cronyism with their associative corruption and backwardness, Nigerians, every Nigerian must be granted, assured near absolute citizenship regardless of place of birth, ethnicity, religion or residency. Nigeria must abrogate indigene-ship laws or policies promulgated in the regions and in the states and replace them with one and equal citizenship for every Nigeria irrespective of genealogical background.

In the regions, and in the states, in civil service and political appointments, and in admissions into the universities, Nigeria lays emphasis on mediocrities of indigene-ship, ethnicity, religion, states of origin and catchment areas instead of on citizenship and competence. Yet our politicians cry wolf about the ethnic division and tension among the citizenry. Fact is that it is practically impossible to have something and the same time have-it-not. It is absurd that our society in all its policies rewards and emphasis overwhelmingly on ethnic division and differences and yet expects unity among the people. It is impossible to have it both ways; our system cannot emphasis much on our differences like indigene-ship and state of origin and still expects cohesion and oneness among the ethnic nationalities. Nigeria will neither see a detribalized leadership nor politics, nor serenity devoid of ethnic tension, nor any meaningful development or progress until it does away with the divisive indigene-ship laws, policies and politics in the states and regions.

Until such a time a Yoruba resident in Kano would without fear or faint of heart, an Igbo Kano resident would without fear or faint of heart, a Hausa/Fulani resident in Enugu, Porthacourt or Ibadan would without fear or faint of heart be able to viably and confidently stand for a statewide election in their state of residence, the call for national unity and development will continue to be a wash. Until every Nigerian sees self as being at home regardless of the city, state he or she lives in, Nigeria will continue to remain a pipe dream, an illusion. Hausa/Fulani Yoruba are the benefactors and beneficiaries of the Civil War

"Call Asari-Dokubo to order" By Ismael Taiwo, sun newspaper 2/18/14

Hausa/Fulani Yoruba are the benefactors and beneficiaries of the Civil War

@ Ismael Taiwo: “[…] if at this point they are now calling for war, they should go and ask Col. Odimegwu-Ojukwu the consequences of war.”

Why ask the resting Ojikwu and not Obasanjo that is still out there causing commotion in the society? Mr. Ismael, in as much as I distaste threat to peace whether issued by Asari, Buhari, Mohammed Lai, I want to say that your reference here to Ojikwu is insulting to Ojikwu, to all Igbos who fought against genocidal war brought on them by Lagos. Your Ojikwu reference is stupidly boastful, distasteful, ignorant, disrespectful, childish, illogical, poor and ill structured.

First, Ojikwu is a Biafra as well as a Nigeria hero, the like that neither you nor anybody in your family linage would ever attain. Second, if Biafra war was evil and I concur, all wars are evil, yet Biafra war like all wars benefitted some why it disadvantaged others, and your people were purely the beneficiaries of the Biafra war hence it would not be over statement to say that Biafra war was a blessing to your people. Since you can remember Ojukwu I believe you would remember Awolowo’s two pound sterling policy following the cessation of hostilities. I believe you know that the civil war allowed your people to arrogate South East civil service positions in judiciary, military, police, and ministerial appointments to yourselves. I believe you would also remember the abandoned property saga. So, as you can see the civil war was a blessing in disguise to your people. Wars are like the chase game, today some lose others gain, tomorrow, some gain others lose. I believe you remember that since after that civil war, your people, the Hausa/Fulani and their South West concubines have ruled and ruined this country

Asari is not the problem with Nigeria, you and your people, Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba is the problem with Nigeria. And here is how, Nigeria is like a ship and as the ship sinks who should we blame? In case you do not know the captain of the ship takes blames for a dooming ship. So Nigeria being a sinking ship, who should we blame? Obviously we should blame the Hausa/Fulani Yoruba Captains. So do not blame Asari because he is only showing frustration to your people’s leadership incompetence, corruption, and beastism. Though factually false, the cliché that Nigerians are corrupt is true only because the Hausa/Fulani Yoruba leaderships that have been in charged since independence are corrupt. A country is as good as its leadership. So the cliché that Nigerians are corrupt is wrong and a misnomer. No, Nigerians are corrupt only because the Hausa/Fulani Yoruba that have led the country solely are corrupt and incompetent.

Yes, war and war mongering are evil but humanity also recognizes that sometimes there exist time and condition for the utilization of some measure of a necessary evil. I do not care what your pacifism tells you, like the war on Nazism, Igbo’s response to Nigeria aggression initiated in Lagos was a necessary evil. Mr. Tiawo, it baffles me that you’re so worried, so paranoid about Asari’s mouthful rant while you remain stoic and dumb on the actual war being wage by your Boko Haram Compatriots.
Mr. Taiwo shame on you; it pieces me when cowards like you attempts to portray a proven, selfless war hero, Dim Ojikwu, in bad light. Truth is that unlike you who would die to obscurity, Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu even though is dead, liveth as long as Nigeria tarries and even beyond. Ojikwu accomplished the primary purpose for which the Creator put us here; and that is to conquer evil and live forever hereafter.

Jonathan’s 2015 win a must for Igbo's political correctness

Jonathan’s 2015 win a must for Igbo’s political correctness.

Preponderance of political equation shows that Igbo support and Jonathan’s 2015 win would be the most prudent, most viable political investment and reward the Igbo nation must embark on given the current, past and present political equation in Nigeria. The gang-up against Igbo presidency could be expressed mathematically as North + South West (+ or-) South South = Igbo defeat and politically, as Igbo subjugation; and psychologically as fear and mistrust of Igbos and anti-socially, as envy or hate of the Igbo. Simply put, the subsisting level of fear of the Igbo and Igbo hate in Nigeria especially by the North; and envy by the South West; and envy and hate by some in the South South make it practically impossible for an Igbo to win the presidency in 2015. For Igbo presidency, Igbos must at present accomplish at least one of two set of things.
1. Reassure the North and get them belief that there is nothing to fears about Igbo presidency. Igbos must make the North belief that Biafra war is over, all animosities buried. As for the South west Igbos must demonstrate to the Yorubas and assure them that under Igbo leadership there would not be a-run-on lands and properties by Igbo in the South west. Igbos must reassure the Yorubas that Igbo presidency will neither meddle nor challenge Yoruba ego and superiority complex over Igbo. Igbos may yield to pre-negotiated federal political appointments with the Yorubas for their support. As for the support of South South, Igbo must invest heavily in the current South South South East economic and political cooperation. But above all, Igbos must show humbleness, Will, consistency and determination to govern. These political appeasements by Igbo to other political zones cannot be accomplished between now and 2015 presidential vote.
2. And or, Igbos must through the proposed National Conference see to the restructure of Nigeria; a change in the system of government, a brand new constitution and or a-six-zone rotational presidency. Again the National Conference when held will be too close to 2015 presidential election for an Igbo to emerge president.
So, unless a miracle personally delivered by the Creator itself happens, it is virtually impossible for an Igbo to emerge president in 2015. If Jonathan did not emerge, the odd favors Sambo or any other Hausa/Fulani or the president of the Senate or the speaker of the Houses to emerge as the president in2015. And none of the above persons is Igbo. As for possible Igbo presidency the best Igbo could do between now and 2015 general election is to support that Presidential candidate that would help Igbo accomplish either one or the two set of things above, that would realistically guaranty Igbo presidency in 2028, which is 14 years from now. Now, some Igbo political hackers may mob me by my suggesting that Igbos must wait till 2028 to occupy the office of the presidency. And yes, I apologize for the hurtful truth, but my position is realistic and informed by political reality and by the bad Igbo fate in Nigeria, the fate of a hated but blessed people. And unless one or both sets of things above for the Igbo presidency happen, an Igbo would not be president on, before or even after 2028.
In 2015, Igbo’s best political bet is to support Jonathan and here are the reasons.
1. Jonathan have proven that he neither discriminate nor hate nor envy nor fears Igbos and this is self-evident in the high profile Igbo appointments in his administrations. One may rightly argue that it was Igbo who gave Jonathan solid support in his ascension to acting presidency and in 2011 presidential vote. But I would impugn that in as much as these Igbo supports were crucial, important and decisive and commendable they also carried political baggage for Jonathan’s presidency and not because of anything the Igbos did wrong but because of bad Igbo fate in Nigeria. The strong opposition to Jonathan’s presidency, from the North and by many from the West is informed by two things; the North’s strong belief that Jonathan cheated it out of the presidency and the North, South West disdain to Jonathan’s high profile  appointments of Igbos into sensitive positions like, COAS, Finance, Power, Petroleum, Aviation, and Chairmanship of National Population commission
Though Princess Oduah exhibited spending indiscretion in the armored vehicles purchase but the great lamentations and clamor for her sack from the North and especially from the South West are but all too common opportunistic Igbo witch-hunt, fear, hate, and envy that have subsisted since the days of Sadunna of Sokoto and Chief Akintola of South West. The great lamentations that sought the sack of Odimegwu, the Chairman of National Population commission are pure manifestations of fears and mistrust of the Igbo by the North. None of the Yoruba men, none of the Edo men, none of the Northerners most closely and likely to occupy the presidency today or before 2028 is interested in Igbo presidency. No wonder both North and the South West have the least taste for rotational presidency among the six geo-political zones. Nonetheless, the North and South West are interested in the Hausa/Fulani Yoruba rotations of the presidential position. But based on his Igbo appointments Jonathan without doubt would want to see an Igbo president, ASAP.
2. Jonathan’s Igbo political hobnob is not just mere political but also ‘genetical’. Is being reported that he has Igbo maternal linage. Besides, and irrespective of the civil war mistrust, it is no doubt that the cultural and geographical affinity between the ethnic minorities south of South East and the Igbo is unity, one, when compared to that between Igbo and Yoruba or Hausa/Fulani or Edo.
3. Igbos for their support for Jonathan can bargain and secure a guaranteed Igbo presidency come 2028 through temporal rotational PDP presidential arrangement. Igbos can urge Jonathan to now enter the much talked about Northerner agreement with the North, for the benefit of Igbo presidency. With his incumbency, political capital and as leaders of PDP, Jonathan can now on behalf of Igbo enter the Northern Agreement he has been accused of dishonoring. He can negotiate with the North and seek a written agreement for Igbo presidency in 2028 in exchange for his guaranteed handover to one of their own in 2019. Here, this agreement would assume the inevitable demise of the formidable opposition parties.
4. APC Igbo candidacy; some have suggested that APC field Igbo presidential candidate just to guarantee Jonathan and PDP defeat in the South East. The proponents of this Igbo APC presidential candidacy are but about one sixth, 17% right. APC presidential candidate of Igbo extraction may defeat Jonathan in South East if Igbos fail to foresee the wastefulness of such Igbo votes to APC’s Igbo presidential candidacy. But I would bet my very being that APC Igbo candidate would not only lose but will lose embarrassingly. Why, because of the bad Igbo fate in Nigerian. Jonathan would obtain 98% of the northern vote against such Igbo candidate. Also the Hausa/Fulani that decamped to APC would not only vote PDP but would mobile the masses to vote for Jonathan not because of their like for him but because of their paranoia about the Ebos.
So Igbo support for Jonathan is by all means proper and a politically correct step because there exist politically, no better alternative to their support for Jonathan’s 2015 bid. Igbo must make the necessary political sacrifices by supporting Jonathan in 2015 but in return they should urge Jonathan to ensure a written agreement among the 6 zones; agreement on rotational presidency that would guaranty Igbo presidency on or before 2028. To effect this agreement Jonathan needs Igbo help, Igbo sacrifices, so that preponderance of victory may lean on his side. Jonathan needs guaranteed and unwavering Igbo support come 2015 in exchange for Igbo presidency on or before 2028.
I see the sack of Ihejirika, Odimegwu, Nnaji and now Princess Oduah as demanded by some elements in the North and in the South West as some of the sacrifices Igbos need make for Jonathan’s 2015 victory which if harnessed will in turn secure negotiated Igbo presidency on or before 2028.

Rodnina tweet indicative that many Caspian trolls are not yet free.

"Irina Rodnina’s Racist Tweet About President Obama Still Causing Headaches In Sochi" yahoo news 2/9/14

Rodnina tweet indicative that many Caspian trolls are not yet free.

After a whole lifespan in dungeon that Russia represents, this radioactive 16-toothed Russian troll was as explosive as Chernobyl, with her 2013 Obama tweet, as she became exposed to the Light and Freedom Twitter and America Civil Right struggle offers.   I agree with this Russia psychologically and socio-political prisoner with false sense of freedom. I agree with her that “Freedom of speech is freedom of speech.”  It is no surprise that she who is deprived of a thing, values and uses profoundly that which she is deprived of and many a-times over uses or over applies that thing which she is falsely in possession of.

Troll Rodnina’s concept and usage of Freedom of Speech is informed by her character, maturity, knowledge, education,  upbringing,  her environment, society and of course  the Freedom obtainable in her czar Russia. This woman’s understanding of freedom of speech is good indication that Russians are yet not free.  Because her tweet and defense of it shows that Russians do not know that the struggle for virtuous  Freedom of any kind  is precisely a struggle against, discrination, racism, totalitarianism, ‘xenophobism’, Nazism, fascism; all of which her tweet represent. Like her leader Putin, Troll Rodnina does not know that her freedom of speech ends where others' individual human rights and dignity starts.

But again she who have Nothing either literally, apparently or psychologically, abuses or over uses that which she is deprived of and this is case with this radioactive plutonium fed  Russian Troll with false sense of freedom.

Cold Hard Truth Posts

While I admit there are stupid people in the world as well as those who lack any class, I support their right to say what they want, lest I cause the eventual loss of my own freedom of speech by denying them theirs.
The most amazing thing about this is how the US media once again looked for, and found, something to make the Olympics about obama. With everything that makes the games a world wide event, our media has chosen to steal the spotlight from the athletes so they can continue to defend Obama and make him a victim, this time of a Russian athlete, by playing the race card. Whatever happened to 'sticks and stones'? (and I don't mean the Tracy Lawrence song)

Me to Cold Hard Truth
Abuse, physical or verbal is no Freedom of Speech but crime punishable by the law.
@Cold hard Truth; "I support their right to say what they want, lest I cause the eventual loss of my own freedom of speech by denying them theirs."

Like the Russian Troll, your understanding of Freedom of speech is encapsulated in your ignorance and is an indication that you're neither mentally free nor mature.  Because the struggle for virtuous Freedom of any kind is precisely a struggle against, abuse, discrination, racism, totalitarianism, ‘xenophobism’, Nazism, fascism; all of which the Russian tweet represents.  Mr. Cold, it is shameful that you do not know that your freedom of speech ends where others' individual human rights, freedom and dignity starts.

If your neighbor, a street passerby, a Facebook friend , a co-worker fondly or abusively  tells you that your mother, father, wife, husband, daughter, son, sister, brother  looks like a prostitute, a thief he or she meets in some joint, I bet you would neither take such aspersion lightly nor excuse this abuse as freedom of speech? That you have freedom of movement does not give you right to walk into people’s house uninvited. Nor does freedom of association gives adult the right to curdle with an underage who is not a relative.

To you, the ignorant tweet by this Russian ignoramus is not an issue just because the abuse was not directed at you. Well, be honest to yourself and tell the world how you would truly feel if somebody you're not beefing with walks up to your face and call your mother a whore. Would such abuse hurt you, I bet it would hurt I don't care if you pretend otherwise.

Be careful Abuja, MASSOB is like a prodigal son, still loved by its people.

"MASSOB dares police in Aba over alleged ban on use of Biafran camouflage" sun newspaper 2/7/14

Be careful Abuja, MASSOB is like a prodigal son, still loved by its people.

In as much as over whelming Igbo population are not MASSOB members and still do belief in the oneness of this banana republic called Nigeria. The federal government and its agent must be careful and understand that this organization though disliked is a symbol of Igbo struggle; Igbo resistance to perceived marginalization, injustice in Nigeria.

MASSOB is like that proverbial bad son whose family abandoned but always ready to vehemently defend when it is perceived that he is unjustly and unfairly bullied and bruised, especially by forces without. The federal government must isolate the criminal elements in this organization for prosecution but must not take blanket action to proscribe MASSOB, because such proscription attempt would be opposed by overwhelming Igbo population. Onitsha Market Owners though justifiable in their struggle against criminal elements in MASSOB, but how ever justifiable they may be, their ill feeling towards MASSOB do not represent the true Igbo view of MASSOB.

The federal government must tread wisely and proceed with caution when dealing with this none violently organization that is frenemy to Indigbo. Because of what MASSOB represents and do not represent, the Igbo population as any wise person would imagine, do not like the criminal activities by some elements in MASSOB. But only an unwise Abuja authority or federal authority would underestimate the dangers an outlandish maltreatment, prosecution or proscription of the organization poses; given the fact that some violent and terrorist organizations in other parts of this banana republic are pacified and showered with federal fund.

Majority of Igbos do not have any love for MASSOB but the absence of love does not mean hate. And I guaranty, many Igbos who do not like MASSOB would defend and stake their very life to defend any federal abuse that reinforces Igbo feelings of second classism, the bases of MASSOB’s political struggle.

Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Aliyu Wamakko

Nigerians support my defection to APC, says Atiku

By Mohammed Aminu

Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Aliyu Wamakko, Monday urged northern leaders not to repeat the mistake of the 2011 elections by undue scramble for the presidency, saying they should drop their personal ambitions and work with unity of purpose in order to clinch the top position in 2015.
He also said Nigerians were in dire need of change, good governance and equitable system of administration, adding that the current system being operated by the federal government had failed in meeting the yearnings and aspirations of the people.
Wamakko made the assertion when the former Vice-President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, paid him a courtesy visit at the Government House in Sokoto.
He stressed the need for northern leaders to avoid undue scramble for elective positions and work towards making the All Progressives Congress (APC) strong, stable and acceptable across the country.
According to him, Nigeria is bigger than any individual, hence the need for northern leaders to drop their personal ambitions and work together in order to avoid repeating the mistake of 2011 election, where undue struggle cost the North the presidency.
"Sir, I commend your courage, vision and wisdom in taking the decision you have taken. Let me advise that Nigeria is bigger than any individual, and I am pleading with northern leaders not to concentrate on individual ambitions so that we will not make the mistake that we made in 2011.
"Let us put our ambitions behind us and think of Nigeria first. Let us make the party strong and stable. After that, let us think about who is the best candidate fit to lead us on the basis of wide acceptance across the country and whoever he or she may be, let it be.
"So, we should not be in a hurry. The time has gone when we will use our individual ambitions to make the mistake of 2011 and thus give this country a disaster which we experience nowadays," he advised.
The governor recalled that in 2011, he advised some northern leaders against such unhealthy competition which led to the emergence of President Goodluck Jonathan.
"I am giving you this advice because you are my elder brother (Atiku) and I know you will listen. In 2011, you were seeking the presidency; Gen. Aliyu Gusau, was scrambling for the same position, including former Military President, Gen. Ibrahim Babangida."

"I recall you came to my house in Sokoto with Babangida and AVM Hamza Abdullah and I raised the same issue, it is the same thing I told you and it happened and we lost out. So, you should drop your personal ambitions because I don't want us to repeat the mistake of 2011,"Wamakko averred.
He stated that Nigerians were in dire need of change that would produce a transparent, just and equitable system of administration as well as give respect to every Nigerian.
Wamakko pointed out that the current system being operated by the federal government was discriminatory and had already failed in so many ways in treating the entire country as its constituency, saying citizens from a particular region were being treated as third class citizens.
"Just few months ago, this confused old man called Edwin Clark and his boy Asari Dokubo spoke in an immature way, even threatening the security of the country but none of them was arrested. But last week the officials of the State Security Service (SSS) were looking for Malam Nasiru El-Rufai.
"In Nigeria today some people can speak and no matter whatever they say, nothing will be done to them but if you are from a particular part of the country, when you speak, then you are in trouble and security operatives will come after you. This is injustice, this is the unfortunate situation we have found ourselves and this is not what this country deserves," Wamakko added.
Earlier, the former vice president said his consultations with stakeholders across the country indicated that Nigerians were in dire need of change in leadership.
According to him, most people he consulted with during his tour across the country were in total support of his defection to the APC.
"We consulted with stakeholders in the North west, North-east, South-west, South-south and other parts of the country. We consulted with religious leaders, non-governmental organisations, the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in North-east and other stakeholders and they all said we should move to the APC.
"And in all the places that we went, people balloted and PDP came third behind PDM and APC. So, this is a clear indication that Nigerians want change," Atiku noted."

X and her husband Dr. Chukwuemeka ####### are more than friends to my family. I have known x  for over fifteen years when we were neighbors in Lagos, Nigeria. For long x has remained a good and trusted friend. So I was in the- know of even the courtship between x and Dr. #######.  I therefore without any reservation or doubt and to the best of my knowledge solemnly states that x and Dr. Chukwuemeka ####### are married couple and have presented themselves as such both privately and publicly.

Yours truly
