I M... ####### a United State Citizen, do here, with this letter attest to the following; that Joy ###### ####### and Dr. Chukwuemeka ####### are married couple. That I personally attended this couple’s church wedding held in New Jersey, on April 14, 2014.  That x and her husband Dr. Chukwuemeka ####### have been and remain friends to my family.  While x and husband Dr. ####### lived in New Jersey my and her family exchanged visits.  In 2012, in more than two occasions I, my husband and our daughter visited x and husband in their New Jersey home. In that same period x and husband made equal or more number of visits to us. In September 2012 I and my daughter visited x and her husband in their then newly acquired Orland Florida residence.  Both our families have been on outings several times with a visit to the Disney World Orlando being the most memorable experience.   

X and her husband Dr. Chukwuemeka ####### are more than friends to my family. I have known x  for over fifteen years when we were neighbors in Lagos, Nigeria. For long x has remained a good and trusted friend. So I was in the- know of even the courtship between x and Dr. #######.  I therefore without any reservation or doubt and to the best of my knowledge solemnly states that x and Dr. Chukwuemeka ####### are married couple and have presented themselves as such both privately and publicly.
