Under  international law no country including Cameroun would allow itself to be used as a staging ground to attack another country. Such permission in itself is act of declaration war on the victimized country. So Cameroun must act and show that she is friendly and responsible neighbor. If Cameroun fails to police its border and its territory becomes a safe haven and staging ground for the terrorist killing innocent Nigerians, Nigerian have moral responsibility and the backing of the international law to hot pursue the criminals into the republic of Cameroun
